My son loves it, much faster as he upgraded from PS4

This is my first time ever buying a PlayStation and the experience is great. Everything works well and the machine is built solid. If you are looking to buy it though, just be aware of the 825GB storage which may be smaller than expected. Runs way better than my PC.

The PS5 feels more like a PS4 Pro+ with a new OS than the next gen beast it could be. The few exclusive games look amazing, the new dualshocks are a tactile treat, but there simply aren't enough games to make it feel like a necessary purchase for anyone with an Xbox, gaming PC, or even PS4. If you have the extra cash, it's a powerful console with great controllers and consumer friendly backwards compatibility, but if you have a PS4 already, it's probably best to ride it out and skip this generation unfortunately.

Console works great. Very fast. Graphics are clean. Son seems happy with this.

Amazing graphics and the system is a lot more quiet

This thing is an absolute beast! Runs like a dream and I haven’t had a single issue or crash since I got it. Games look absolutely phenomenal and run fantastic with high frames and rarely any lag. Definitely recommend a hard drive later on if you have many games, but the starting storage space is plenty for the beginning.

My daughter loves the new ps5. Better graphics and loading time is much faster.

I purchased this for my grandson on his 13th birthday. He was so happy to get it and couldn’t stop talking about how much he appreciated it. He is a soccer player so FIFA 2023 was something he was really excited to play. His parents limit his screen time so he’s not playing it all day but he definitely plays it as much as he’s allowed.

So far this is vastly superior to my PS4 pro. The UI is greatly improved with just a single feature I miss. Besides that it loads quickly and has a great 4K blue ray player. The controller is awesome but more battery life would make it a lot better.

Works great and looks great, but they never give you enough memory, even on the upgrade for how much data these games take nowadays.

Best gaming console so far, sorry XBox series X, but sales do not lie! This newer revision model 1215A spreads even less heat due to improved main 6nm chip. Price is still the same as at launch, and there are now games from sony bundled with this one (games are great though, but there might be a chance you already got them). Just buy it for yourself and your loved ones!

The PS5 is an amazing console. Coming from mainly being a PC gamer and a Switch user, this was an amazing change of pace. I’m not thrilled about the $70 games, but that seems to be spilling onto all systems now. One negative so far has been the battery life on the controllers seems to drain pretty fast. Well worth the price and i highly recommend it!
