This meant the world for my son to be able to get a PS five he had a PS4, but it was taken from him from someone he looks up to greatly but someone he looks up to even greater replaced it, so it was really nice to see people clapping applaud, for him as we left the store. Great experience.

Exactly what you expect, a top end gaming machine with all the bells and whistles. I am not a huge fan of the aesthetic but at least replacement plates are available to help blend with other electronics in our home entertainment system.

This is one of my most favorite consoles to ever been released. The other thing that is really cool is it comes with a free pack in digital title called astros playroom one of the best games to show off the new controller the game i would say is a 10/10

Omg! My son loves it and I love it. He received the PS5 as a gift for his 7th birthday . The graphics and games are amazing. We spend time together exploring the store and playing games once his studies are completed . Best Buy Team made this all possible.

PlayStation 5 was purchased for my Father in laws birthday. Easy setup for him and he loves playing games with the grandkids and meeting me weekly for some gaming sessions. The controller and console feel well built and the quality and amount of games is amazing.

Graphics are very good. Fit and finish is nice. Controller ergonomics are better for me than it looked. Sony needs to add a hard drive to save more games for this system, especially when more ps5 games are available. Otherwise an amazing purchase.

Love the upgrade so far, the new DualSense controller, makes you feel pretty immersed! Also the new menu screen is incredible and makes everything really easy after you get more used to it. The hardware in this new console really shines and the graphics look fantastic. Recommend!

Great system for anyone who has the money to spend, great gaming capabilities and very modern touch to everything with the system. Looks very sleek and futuristic. This is a great upgrade from and past gen console and I solely recommend this system :)

The digital console is great. I use steam on PC so it wasnt a big deal to switch to a disc less system. This system works well with PSVR2 and the included controller is very good quality. This was my first playstation having owned many nintendo/microsoft systems.

Best purchase made. I have never ever had a console before. The Ps5 was my best option. First impressions are amazing. The quality on games are amazing. Everything is so next level which i had never experienced.

I like the controller and the graphics also the storage is pretty good although i think it is very dumb i must pay for playstation plus on top of purchasing the game

The system is working as expected and meeting my expectations after being out of gaming for a while. I will say getting used to the new era of gaming has been a challenge. Other than that, a great purchase and great pick up process.

PS5 is easy to use. Love to play it with friends. My brother opted for PS5, while I chose the X-box series when they were released close to Christmas. I soon regretted my choice, and my brother did not want to share with me. So here I am getting the PS5 fr my birthday!

Clean design and has some of the best games on it.

The PS5 is an amazing game system that was worth the purchase. The controller is familiar, yet different, and is shown off well with the game pre-loaded on the system, Astro's Playroom. If you're a Playstation fan, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent play station the whole family enjoys playing! Sleek looking doesn't take up alot of space it actually looks nice on the counter no need to hide it when not in use.
