Pick up was fast and still have it now could be better.

Great console, the 4k is just insane! I like every aspect of it. I just upgraded from the PS4 Pro & couldn’t be any happier, SONY always makes top notch items. I went with the disc version, as I collect games physical version.

The new PlayStation is great. It builds on the foundation of the previous models with better interaction with live players and better graphics. There is no better game platform than PlayStation 5. It’s the best in the industry.

I was not looking into getting another gaming console at all but when the sale hit i had to jump onto that. Got a console and another console with the money that was saved! Amazing deal and amazing system! Recommend anyone to get this system!

This console has been tremendous especially because of how well it can be downloaded at a high rate. It gave me way better 4k quality that is almost incomparable towards other consoled and PCs. There is also more download space available compared to the Ps4.

The most cost efficient way to play next gen games on 4k on 60fps or 120 fps. The upgrade process for m.2 was pretty easy and you can get 2tb m.2 for less than 100 just make sure it's 5,500MB/s or faster The graphics are amazing on my lg c2 tv.

I bought this mostly for the grandkids, but also for me and the wife to use as a disc player for movies. Once upon a time I had a PS2, and this console blows it away in terms of speed, graphics, and versatility. I was surprised with the lack of supporting documents not included, or the fact that most games sold today are designed for online play only, and that they do not include booklets explaining how to play the game. Setup was easy.

Was a birthday gift for my Nephew and he was thrilled to receive it as they are hard to find. When picking up my new monitors his brother spotted it on a table at the front of the store and we have been searching for one for a while so I snatched it up and made his day!

Pretty late review but this is probably the most friendly way to game currently. With Xbox’s lack of optimization causing their own system to be bottlenecked and PC’s outrageous prices; the PS5 is by far the best choice for the casual gamer.

Playstation is awesome the store i got it from.wqs trash tho never go to this best buy. I went else where to buy games and add ons cause rhey didnt even attempt to offer me any they were rude and disnt even advise me to use my beat buy card when i have one smh trash store

The PS5 is really slick, even though the form factor is ugly and bulky. The games are great, the system is speedy. Further, only having 1gb storage is out of line in this day and age. BUT make sure you get the Best Buy protection plan. My PS5 died inside of 6 months from purchase. It refuses to turn on at all, no beep, not response, no lights, just unresponsive. I had it plugged through a high end surge protector. A few weeks prior, it started losing its WiFi connection, blaming the network connection, while everything else still worked fine. The day prior, the controller started to refuse connecting to the system unless I unplugged everything and plugged the controller straight into the system to reconnect. The next night it dropped the controller, then the WiFi after a reset, then refused to power on. I have to send it into Sony, but this is obnoxious that it’s not even been six months from making the purchase the protection plan would have had me back up and running in a matter of days, not a month as Sony is telling me to expect. If Sony tried and charges me any repair fees, I will demand a full refund of the defective system, all purchases made on the PSN network including in game purchases, PSN Plus subscriptions, and game subscriptions, with Sony being required to force game companies to help transfer to the Xbox system,

I brought a pksystation 5 to get an experience of there exclusive such as spiderman , God of War , Last of us. The experience I received from open up the package to setting up i would have to say sony did not fail to impress me

Good system, made for a fun gaming experience. Recently upgraded from ps4, and I must say I'm loving the playstation 5. the controllers are better and as a Fifa player I love how they feel in my hands and how they help facilitate gameplay.

I got this for my husband and he loves it! What's great is that PS lasts many years and upgrades come out once every few years so it really is worth the investment. He had a PS4 before, but couldn't play some of the games he wanted to.

This is PS5 before mid revision IE Before Slim and Pro Versions are released. As a 4k Gaming Console it does very well, it can play your PS4 games easily at 60FPS plus and can handle all PS5 games. With Dolby Atmos HDR Support in Games. As a Media player it might be Lacking. Though it comes with UHD drive Player does not have the same HDR support as the games do. Also Audio output is Limited to HDMI out only. This is one of the top selling game consoles this Gen and possibly over Last gen as well. With future accessories planned it has what it needs to compete.

Ordered online pickup, in and out in under 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly, made the overall experience very pleasant. Looks great, works great, zero issues. Would definitely recommend!

It's a Playstation 5... what more can you say? Boyfriend needed to upgrade for the new Final Fantasy so we were able to find one a couple months before it came out. Definitely a good system. No issues out of it!

I bought this console back in Dec. 2022 for my son. He’s absolutely in love with it and even I was impressed with how good the graphics are. I highly recommend it. I like it so much that I’ve almost considered switching from Xbox to PS now lol
