Amazing! Needed the upgrade from the ps4, games look so much better and the system works fast. I also love that I was able to trade in my old ps4.

The fast load times are enough to want buy this console. Have been playing Final Fantasy XVI and from Home Screen to loaded in the game is beyond quick. My go to console.

I had a excellent experience with this buy. The playstation 5 is working perfectly. And the employees of best buy are pretty good, they help me with all my questions and everything.

Works well so far, no issues. Love the PS5. Unless you want to collect CDs, I would recommend getting the digital edition; most games are available in the PS store anyways

Great system, load times are unbelievably fast, fans sound is nearly nonexistent. A legitimate upgrade to the PS4 that could use more base storage.

Works well, plays all my ps4 favorites. Storage is way better. And it talks to my tv and turns itself on whenever I turn the tv on. Didn’t ask for that but don’t hate it either. Lol

Always been a Xbox guy until I built my own PC and moved on from consols. Decided to get this for FF16, and I don't regret it, very worth it for the playstation exclusives.

This is our second Sony Playstation. Was purchased to be able to stream in a different room as well as play games. Works perfectly without issues. Very happy with purchase.

The system is top tier. The graphics are amazing even without a 4k television. The only downside is the storage. But the system is worth buying the external storage.

I've always been an XBOX guy, but broke down and bought this to play God of War. It was totally worth it. I can't believe I waited this long. The graphics are amazing!
