Needed a Blu Ray player and my PlayStation 4 was going out on me. Storage is average but I could always upgrade it later with an M.2. Also I can play my old PS4 games on it so that's a plus. Not particularly a console gamer anymore but Sony has always had great exclusives such as Gran Turismo which GT7 looks great. Not particularly a huge fan of paying to play online however but that is more of a gripe against Sony and not Best Buy.

My first brand new playstation bought with my own earning and its worth every single dollar. The performance, graphics, user interface, and especially the controller are mind-blowing!!!!!

Since I haven’t purchased hard copies of games for years this was an easy choice between the two versions. Happy to have seen this version available when I did. System is great!

I was a little late to the party but had to wait until the hype died down to get it at retail price. Ive been playing xbox all my life and the change is worth it. Its so much better

Ive been waiting a long time to purchase a PS5. I was finally able to get one when best buy had it in stock. Pickup for this item was like every other. There were no problems at all.

We totally love it my husband was so surprised when i gave it to him for his birthday. Graphic are amazing and its worth the money. Going for the VR set next.

I love the PS5! With Playstation plus it becomes the best system in terms of overall value. No need for the physical discs unless you plan to carry your games to a friend's house.

The graphics on the PS5 are amazing, the console is connected to a 4K Samsung tv. The images look sharp and clear. In the near future I will be upgrading the PS5 memory capacity

Works perfectly and was easy to set up my account. The free downloads of PS5 versions of my PS4 games were of course a bonus.

Always the best console, better than Xbox and better feeling and graphics are amazing. Runs every game and competitive games like Apex legends or warzone perfectly.

I like the fact that loading a game is so much faster than the PS4 and streaming video is flawless. Never had to wait for buffering with this PS5. Would recommend to anyone.
