It is one of best gaming systems out now. I have two PS4s and have had them for a long time. I expect to have this PS5 even longer.

I ordered the ps5 online for pickup and it was ready the next day! When I went in the staff made it very easy to collect it and head out. Will definitely use this method of purchase again in the future!

This PS5 was replacement one from my old one it took me months to get it replaced with geek squad and the Beat Buy Tuscaloosa,Al help me alot with getting it done and replaced. And the PS5 well I had to play God of War Ragnarok my game of year.

The console is actually pretty good, i needed a new one since i had ps4 and some games are being released exclusively for PS5. The image quality is noticeably good, and overall the experience is awesome.

Playstation is working great. Just wished we could of gotten it new and not as an open box.

it was a little expensive for a ps5 but i got the god of war bundle version without paying for it and i got the package in two days without getting any fast shipping, i am very happy with this order. As always Best buy drlivers as expected.

The customer service when I bought it was very good. It is a good machine better than what I’ve had I like that you could put the disk in. I do not like to download off the Internet enjoyed it so far.

New gen consoles are truly worth there money. And newer games will only gear more towards new gen from here forward. Good pick up
