A great buy, graphics are crisp if you’re upgrading for any older gaming system it’s day and night. Most games have instant load times and great FPS. Not perfect however, not the easiest to learn the ins and outs, not huge game selection at the time of writing.

Love my purchase, people were saying that the physical edition was making a lot of noises...that it was heavy. Well I don't hear any noise, I don't find it heavy (maybe people are really out of shape). The graphics with my 65" TV are amazing I'm having the time of my life playing Hogwarts Legacy. I haven't experienced any lag at all

Great upgrade from the PS4. My PS4 got fried on a thunderstorm and we were obligated to upgrade and i guess the storm was a silver lining. Pun intended. Great graphics, fast processor. It is way bigger in size than the previous console so that is my only complain on the PS5

I didn’t want to pay scalpers $1,500+ for a PS5 so I waited 2.5 years and finally was able to get it at Best Buy for retail price. It is definitely worth the wait. Great gaming console! The load time is so much faster than PS4. Love the look of PS5’s design. The controller feels fantastic in my hands. It is a great buy!

As an Xbox Series X Day One lover, This console is still fantastic. The exclusive games, such as Spider-Man and Breath of The Wild, are a draw-in (not included). My favorite aspects are the controller, exclusive games, and the 4K media player. It's worth it for the games alone.

My son absolutely loves his PlayStation 5 console that we bought from Bestbuy! The quality of the video games on this console by far are is the best out there! The video games look so real that he feels like he is actually in them. The charge on the controllers last a while and we haven’t had any issues with the console or controller and we have had this console for over a year now. All in all, this is a 5star review because it is his favorite console and we have more than enough. Thank you Erin K.

Awesome console with plenty of great first party games and great features such as the dualsense and 3D audio Immerse you in the gaming experience. Highly recommend for any enthusiastic gamer looking to play plenty of new and old playsation classics

Sony wowed me with this console, I was surprised I got invited to purchase this console but I accepted it and I’m so glad I did, I love the design of the console and the controller, the Haptic feedback adds a lot to the immersion, overall best console this decade and I highly recommend it to anybody who wants a good home media player and console.

I currently own 3, one for myself and my two boys. When I got my ps5 during covid it was difficult to get until Sony did the special invitation. The responsive on this console is fast when interacting the front end UI. Switching games or closing thr apps is responsive. Customize the way you want to interact. I love it, yes the Solid State drive is 825 GB. It makes a difference to load the ps5 games faster. You have the options to either have the ps5 or ps4 to load faster but needs to be installed in the SSD drive. There are youtube videos to show you how to install a 2nd SSD drive. Now there is variety if SSD drive capacity depending on your budget. You can even used an extranel hard drive. I highly recommend that you connected in the back of the console. FAIR WARNING: DO NOT have the ps5 to stand vertically, the dust will clog up your console and will cause it to malfunction. I recommend that you have it lying flat on the belly to avoid that issue.

PS5 is pretty great, runs smoothly, quietly, and fast. The controllers are comfortable to hold for long periods of time, download times are quick as are loading times. the only downside is the limited storage capacity and the fact that the components for expanding the internal memory are so expensive

Fast, efficient and the graphics are awesome. Employee worked well with me as i was using my credit through nestbuy for the first time and didnt have my physical card yet. I will say after like 2 or 3 downloaded games, you will have to buy an external for more games.

It came in one day like I asked, the box has no damage and it works perfectly fine!

Play Station 5 is amazing look and ideal/advance technology combined gaming machine. We have lots of fun and enjoy playing games with it. The kids love it. Just need to set and pull the brakes from playing a long time!

I've had this console for over a year, and I've had no issues with it. My load times are still fast. Would recommend.

Nothing bad to say about it really. I came out of the box working just as I expected to. One thing to take note of is that it is a pretty large device. I knew it was large before I bought it and even then it surprised me. Make sure you have good space to put it before buying.

Whether you are coming from PS4 or switching from Xbox, PS5 is amazing for both parties. PS5 is able to play PS4 games and allow for cross saves. The console is super fast and quiet making it an amazing display piece. Demons Souls, Bloodborne, Final Fantasy, world of PlayStation is beautiful!

I love my ps5 I have had it since it first came out never had any problems
