The process of attempting to buy one of these bad boys was, as one could imagine, stressful. The process of picking it up after having it be delayed 3 times was equally stressful. The console itself is amazing. 5 to 7 second load times on ps5 exclusive games, graphics that blow the mind, a highly interactive and dynamic controller as well as a easy to use dashboard make this console the best I've ever owned. 10/10 would recommend getting one when you can.

It is an amazing console. The new controllers feel good. Similar to the Xbox One controllers minus the placement of the left analog stick. Transferring my data from PS4 Pro was easy and fast. Games load faster and perform better. New controller has a built in mic. So now NO ONE has an excuse of not having a mic My only complaint is the lack of storage space. With the size of games these days. Consoles should come with a 2TB hard drive. I had to connect an external hard drive for games that I don't care much about loading times. The GUI is a little different but after a little bit. You will get used to it. For example, learning how to shut down the system.

Absolutely loving this system, from the graphics, sound, fast loading times and even the controller feels and handles better. So far no issues but I did get a 2 year warranty just in case.

Amazing console so far.....this thing is quite huge honestly. Make sure your entertainment center can contain this beast. Super quiet while running and games load quickly. I do miss how you can change themes on the PS4 but it's growing on me. What's really neat is how the majority of your ps4 games can play on this as well. Some even look better and run more efficiently. Make sure you leave room for it to breathe. You wouldn't want this thing to overheat. The white controllers pick up a lot of dirt as well. Well for me anyways especially when you're playing something as intense as Mortal Kombat lol. Can't wait for the next slew of games to arrive.

Best controller Sony has ever made. System is fairly quiet. Love the short load times. The console is a bit big, but there's a lot of entertainment to be had here in any case.

If you can buy this console do not hesitate, everything is there load times, great exclusives, grapichs and the Dualsense you have to feel it to believe it is a next generation controller.

I love my ps5. Would recommend expanding memory for anyone who enjoys playing games. The games are larger in size and take up too much space.

This thing is a beast. Super fast and runs beautifully. Very cool that it comes with a pack in game (Astros playroom) that is much more than a demo. The controller is the best there is.

Works great, way faster than the PS4. Only real complaint I have is that some apps from the PS4 era haven't been optimized yet, but that should be resolved soon enough

PS5 is the next-gen console to own! The PS5 is very difficult to obtain, but once you get it, you won't regret it! Pros: - Graphics: If you have a 4k or 1080p display, graphics are AMAZING! Highly recommend getting a TV with HDMI 2.1 to fully unlock the potential of the PS5. - Fast loading times: The new SSD is super fast and loads games so quickly! - Backwards compatibility: The one thing that Nintendo doesn't have can be found in the PS5. No longer will you have to worry about selling your old games; just keep them and keep playing! Cons - Obviously difficult to get - Some glitches are still present, such as trying to play multiplayer locally (co-op)

What can I say? It does exactly what Sony claims. Ridiculously fast load times, incredible graphics for a console. Kinda bummed that I wasn’t able to get the disc version, but with these you take what you can get. Now we just have to wait for Sony to start pumping out games that can really take advantage of the hardware. The controller is hands-down the best feeling and most responsive of any system ever. Battery life has been pretty good, and it charges quickly (I have the Insignia dock) Obviously if you’re a Sony fan, it’s a must-buy. Anyone on the fence- don’t let the limited stock discourage you- it’s worth the wait.

Waited oh so long for the PS5 to launch and couldn't be happier with the design, excellent controller and performance. The launch lineup is really solid, and I can't wait for more games!

Really am liking this system. Fast loading and looks great on my lg oled. Like the look and the feel of the controller. The system is a beast and my 4K movies and games look fantastic

Very happy with this purchase and Best Buy customer service.. PS5 is definitely worth buying, very good graphics, performance and speed compared to the previous version.

Bought almost three years ago. No issues at all...just ran out of storage space fast (typical). Still works great after downloading games deleting games and downloading many new games.

Great System, might need to go with the bigger storage option or eventually upgrading your storage but other than that haven’t had problems

So much quieter than the previous generation console. The speed at which the internal ssd loads games is incredible and the new dualsense controller has haptic feedback that is amazing.

First PlayStation console I have owned, and I am in love with it! The loading speed and graphic capabilities are great. I love the new DualShock controller and its immersive effects.

Was a little difficult to come by but the step up in graphics and load times over the PS4 is worth it. Storage space is limiting though, expect to need external storage.

Powerful hardware, did not have many exclusives in the first year (like most new consoles) but a bunch of exclusive games will be coming out in 2022 which is exciting. The controller is very unique and original due to the triggers which can move and dynamically stiffen or loosen to replicate things like a gun's trigger, or a stiff brake pedal, and the 'rumble' which can present all kinda of physical sensations from gentle pattering of rain, ice skates gliding on ice, to a powerful and crisp pop of a gunshot. It's also almost totally silent even when playing advanced games in a toasty room.
