I love it, great game system as well as a blue ray

Great for gaming, but it has a few issues for me with the GPU. It could be my LGCX TV pixels, but it only happens on my ps5 so its most likely software related. All in all, its a good buy (If you can get one).

It’s a very nice console but if you can’t find one your not missing out on much. The only ps5 exclusive game I think justifies buying one of these is demon souls.

The PS5 is awesome! The controller has some catching up to do. The drifting glitch for the PS5 controller is super frustrating and Sony makes you pay shipping to send it in to get fixed. Brutal.

Great product, Very hard to obtain I had to watch a computer screen and keep refreshing every 30 seconds for about 4 hours in order to purchase but well worth the wait. PlayStation and the retail stores that sell Sony products could have done a better job with how they released this product. Even though I know Sony made lots of money from this system, but if they spent more time organizing the release of this system they would of made a lot more & the fans of Sony would of been more appreciative of this. A lot of PlayStation users went to Xbox because of how it was released.

Negatives Very big and shape is okay looking. Personal preference but its undoubtedly large. No optical out or true surround over usb. Need to use optical extractor to use headsets with hardware decoders that deliver true surround. This introduces other issues and complications. Difficult to get. New controller is a huge step forward, however I don't use it because of a few reasons. The triggers could be amazing from an immersion standpoint if developers take to it. We will see how that goes. The haptics are crazy better and feel 10x better than the ps4 or xbox controllers. The shape is the best by far of any playstation controller. But really, they need to offer a pro controller with tighter or adjustable tension on the sticks and better buttons. Back buttons would be nice. Trigger stops at the very least. I prefer mechanical switches all around including on the triggers. Also the playstation home button is weirdly shaped and hard to press because of its shape. Pressing a ps shaped button isn't a great idea. I also have an issue with the razer raiju ultimate having connection issues. Its like if the line of sight is broken, then the connection is as well. My ps4 controller works fine wired and wireless. So do the Raiju in wired mode. Positives Load speeds are slightly faster than ssd on ps4 pro playing ps4 games. Ps5 games are very fast. Ps4 games are renewed and can feel next gen due to being able to get steady 4k60hdr instead of 1080p60 or 4k30(most times worse than 30fps) on ps4 pro. PC already had this, however my PC cost 5x as much as this and updating drivers and ultimately mods combined with cheaters makes me play my ps4 and now ps5 on most games. New UI looks nice and is 4k hdr which looks really good. The new ui is a step up for sure. I switch between sound outputs a lot and you don't need to go into settings anymore to change it. Can do it from the quick menus. Quieter than last gen.
