Seems powerful, it’s loud af though, sounds like it’s going to blast off of my console. Lack of games right now but cool that it’ll play ps4 games, can’t set up if not connected to internet

Currently still in beta should be on the side of the box. This system will probably be great. In six months or more. Just to many issues right now. Luckily mine hasn't bricked. But, a system shouldn't launch with so many bugs. Core functionality like rest mode has many problems.

Hard to find. Great console if you manage to get one do not put in rest mode. Mine eventually wouldnt turn on only after using it 5 times.

Other than the console factory resetting my router it's working fine. Better than most from what I am hearing about fan sounds. The main reason for now is a 4K player. The games will come.

Best Buy did a great job in having it ready for pick-up. The PS5, however, would turn on and then lose power after a few seconds, so we had to reach out to Sony for technical support.

You have no idea how excited I am to finally get this console. It’s been out a year and it’s still rad to find! It’s a gift for my husband so I hope he likes it.

Works really good and I like the design I do wish it was smaller though. I would have expected a next gen console to be more sleek.

It's ok, but it's not quite the generational jump I was hoping for. 4k at 120 fps is nice though on games like cold war. Waiting for how the next gen version of cyberpunk 2077 runs on it.

Great speed, graphics with easy storage upgradability. Really needs to be able to stream from local network media centers like prior consoles though.

Fast as expected, but 825GB is not enogh for gamer. Adding of secod 2TB drive will cost you same amount as a console.

Best PS5 console EVER!!! I was lucky in getting a console, that is why I don’t give it 5 stars. Console is so good, but the prices for buying it was a headache... Feliz Navidad! Enjoy.

set up was of product was a bit frustrating for the first 24 hrs, but blamed amount if people probably trying to set up their systems at the same time. i am satisfied w my purchase.

Overall great did encounter and error where I was unable to play any games downloaded. Went through troubleshooting with Sony and ultimately had to send it off for repairs.

Issues with controller not pairing well or waking up the PS5. Also PS5 has loud coil wine. Update could perhaps fix this. However, it’s a great gaming package and a good move forward.

I have been trying to get the ps 5 for a very long time. I’m happy that I finally get the chance to get it.just can’t wait for 2022 for new games and stuff.

me and brother got one each but unfortunately my brothers ps5 kept randomly shutting down and had to return it and i've only experience one crash so far but so far so good i can say

Great console! Love the game “Sack boy!” Only thing is that sometimes right in the middle of a game, it randomly stops and restarts for no reason! That’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars!

The ordering process itself is great. Best Buy is quick and organized and I fully enjoy their online/pick up ordering process. However, I am giving it 3 stars for the product because I already have to send it in to Sony for repairs, which SUCKS. My screen flickers when trying to play games and then the system crashes mid game. I tried different video settings, different HDMI chords, different TVs, and it still keeps crashing. I know the system is still new so hopefully Sony gets it's bugs all figured out soon.
