Sony needs to work on some issues in the software related to sleep mode, but otherwise I am enjoying it as much as any of the other systems I have ever owned.

Rushed to market junk. Sony missed the mark. Oversized, runs hot, and loud.

I love it. Only issue is one controller is haunted and left stick toggles around on its own. Aside from that and limited ssd memory it’s great.

Overall pretty fast and nice FPS. That said getting this was a pain, but Best-buy was way better than other places. I was actually able to buy one! :)

Same as disc, but when transferring over games and data from PS4, you quickly run out of memory. Definitely would recommend getting an external hard drive.

Great product. With the exception of the stand. For the price, I expect a little better quality than something that just snaps on and doesn't always stay in place.

Good console. The storage space sucks. The fact that I have to buy storage for close to the same price of the console sucks

Amazing console, only held back by lack of exclusives. Big games like Horizon Forbidden West and God of War Ragnarok will also be available on PS4.

4 starts cause it’s so loud when you turn it on. And UX could be a bit more friendly. Common things like voice chat and creating one take too many buttons to do.

Great console. Definitely feels NextGen. The storage space isn’t that great, but still worth it. Xbox was a better value, but PlayStation has great games.

Love the console just wish there was more games. The controller is really cool but sometimes have a hard time charging the controller while in rest mode.

My wife wanted to play some PS only games so I was on the hunt to grab this. Can't say anything bad about it but I'm an xbox fan through and through.

A great system to have. Still working out minor kinks however it is a great piece of technology. I'm hoping to have some great moments with it as the years go by.

Not sure if I got a defective unit, but fan was loud. Best Buy was great as usual and had no issues with return.

Only issue I have with the console is when I first start the system up I’m not sure if the fan or the disk runs really quick and sounds like the PS4 jet engine.

The PS5 is good but still needs more games in its library to reach its full potential. For now I mostly play PS4 games and 4K Blu-rays.

My only complaint about the console is that the controllers are heavy and awkward, they hurt/cramp up my hands and wrist if I'm playing for more than 2 hours.

About 3 months of play, the dual sense controller trigger button failed. I had to ship it to Sony as it was under warranty, but the shipping cost was out my own pocket. When I had issues with my Xbox Series X, microsoft covered ALL shipping costs.

The ps5 is definitely better in every way compared to ps4 pro . Down side its got not vrr yet an has 32 gbs instead of 48 gbs for hdmi 2.1 bandwidth .

Overpriced and never in stock. Better to buy elsewhere that has stock.
