Horrible delivery experience but finally got it delivered. This console is huge & ugly. It’s awkward to hold. It looks awkward anywhere you place it. It’s got a loud fan & loud coil whine I can hear from 5 feet away. The new UI is horrible & a step backwards. The best thing about this console is the dual sense controller. After playing the free included game Astro you will never want to play with another controller again. It is that good. Good luck in getting one without problems.

Overall solid consol. Dissapointing how hard it was to get ahold of, and control drift is a real issue. Be aware of the controller issue when purchasing.

Lucky enough to snag one. Loving it so far. Not so many games out yet, but I have a pretty hefty backlog of ps4 games, so I should be able to keep occupied.

The console itself is very nice but it randomly shuts off while playing games and doesn't turn back on for at least 10 minutes. Also has other little glitches and bugs. Would be a 4 out of 5 stars if this was not a problem. Noted that I do not play the console for extended periods of time so I do not believe this is an overheating issue but something else that causes it to randomly shut off.

I was fortunate enough to secure a PS5 for my son, after trying way before Christmas. The ease up purchasing and store pickup was very much appreciated.

Does live to its hype. Very easy to set up best quality if you have the rite tv for it or better monitor to get the best quality.

Wish it had two hdmi ports it breaks easy and is extremely hard and expensive to get fixed. Other than that everything else is fine

It is a fantastic console for playing games but the user interface took a little getting used to also I do not like the look of it.

I was so excited to get my hands on the PS5. Everything works good for the most part, but I’ve had issues where I would be playing a game and it froze on me.

Great machine great graphics,runs smooth, only bad thing is it was missing the screw for the stand. Other then that loving the system

So far my PS5 is a game changer. I love it. Bought it January 14,2021 had to reset after putting in test mode (kept crashing) hopefully that gets fixed.

It's nice hook up is very easy however however I still believe for his durability the playstation 4 has the best durability

PS5 is pretty cool, but it's been out for a year and there really aren't any PS5 only games that take advantage of the systems power.

got it for kids. great next gen product. but they are reporting a few crashes. I think it’s related to a few games. software related. hope Sony fixes soon.

And impressive device with great specs, however it’s clear this will be the most inferior version in the not too distant future.

Overhyped console. Just bought to resell.felt too big.

Haven’t played it much because my son plays it all day. I picked up the controller to play and he took it. Can’t give this a review yet....maybe he can.

Best launch for any playstation console yet. Love Demon's Souls and Miles Morales. If you have been trying to get one, be persistent and it will happen!

10 days before Christmas stocked the BestBuy website and got very lucky to get one for my son for Christmas. He played with it for about 10-12 days and then it just wouldn’t power on. They allowed me to return it but now I am stuck with all the accessories and games he bought with no PS5. You would think if they gave me a defective product they would offer to replace it with in 3-4 weeks or whenever but no option to replace it for me and now my son is just SOL!!!

Great console, however no great games out for it yet. First batch has some glitches but it was to be expected. Recommended to have it insured just incase.
