Haven’t played it much because my son plays it all day. I picked up the controller to play and he took it. Can’t give this a review yet....maybe he can.

got it for kids. great next gen product. but they are reporting a few crashes. I think it’s related to a few games. software related. hope Sony fixes soon.

Best launch for any playstation console yet. Love Demon's Souls and Miles Morales. If you have been trying to get one, be persistent and it will happen!

10 days before Christmas stocked the BestBuy website and got very lucky to get one for my son for Christmas. He played with it for about 10-12 days and then it just wouldn’t power on. They allowed me to return it but now I am stuck with all the accessories and games he bought with no PS5. You would think if they gave me a defective product they would offer to replace it with in 3-4 weeks or whenever but no option to replace it for me and now my son is just SOL!!!

underwhelming console coming from pc. very good exclusives though, only get it if youre not a pc gamer and youre dying to play the exclusives.

Great system only thing is that your hard drive will fill up quick with a couple games because it has to copy the entire game disc on to the drive.

Great console, however no great games out for it yet. First batch has some glitches but it was to be expected. Recommended to have it insured just incase.

Great system!!! I love it. Wish it had more memory though. For that reason i only give it a 4/5. Hope we can swap the harddrive soon for more memory

Great console, but it is not worth it right now due to lack of games. I'm sure that will improve, but there really is no need to rush and get one.

Great console, my launch PS5 actually broke down on the first day to due a bad GPU but Sony got me a replacement within a week which I'm happy for.

Got xbox series x and playstation 5 seems like the xbox is the better one

I had a recent issue were I couldn’t get a picture displayed on my tv when starting my ps5... I had to unplug my tv for 5 minutes and it finally worked.

Absolutely amazing console. R2 spring in the controller broke after 3 months though. I'd recommend getting geek squad protection if you buy a spare

Great product, must make sure your tv or monitor can fully support the 120hz, if that is a big deal to you. Only wish they would update to a 144p@120hz

The purchase process actually went smoothly for this high demand item. The store pick up was very organized at my store. Great item if you can find it.

Great purchase from BestBuy! First gen, still has some problems with my router, but great features that are controlller interactive. Highly recommend.

Great next-gen console that has fun games at launch. I gave this 4 out of 5 stars since the R2 trigger-button spring has broken after only 1 month.

Well worth the wait! Only thing keeping it from a 5-star review is the lack of backwards compatibility, compared to other consoles on the market.

My controller clicks but other than that the device works correctly. It seems to run a little loud similarly to my ps4.

It’s a good system, but lacks launch titles. Not worth the frenzy until there are more games worth playing. You are fine with your PS4 pro until then.
