We are in the beginning stages of this era. I get it. But they had 5 great solid last years of the ps4 to learn from and they totally missed the mark. I am not impressed with this launch at all. I would wait to buy this console until they’ve gotten all the missed opportunities added to the UI etc.

fast console and truly feels like a next gen upgrade. just makes a little bit more noise than I expected from all the reports of it being silent

Gave it 4* because 1 week after using it the controller started breaking, L2 button not working properly and also stick drift already started.

Bought mine in November. Had a bad one where I had to send it back to manufacturer. Process was easy and got my new one in 2 days.

So far really enjoying the system. Only have 2 official games for it so it’s hard to make a full review but the load speed is very impressive

Loading times are nothing short of amazing, new UI features are nice, some of the ray tracing games are pretty slick with amazing reflections.

Good service. Fast and nice. Rly quick and easy. Just showed up showed id and order number. Three boom got it within 10 seconds.

So, like others I've had some bugs, I had to uninstall and reinstall both Spider-Man MM and COD CW. Both games failed to update, and my direct connection to the web (Ethernet port) stops working randomly. to the point that the whole PS5 looses internet connection and the only way to get it back it to reboot the system. This is technically my fourth launch console, and this is the first one from Sony that has had any of the reported issues.

PS5 is Alive!!! The controller feed back is quite excellent! Great Machine. can't wait to see exclusive titles built directly for the PS5!

It’s a great console, but there isn’t much out yet. Not sure why people were in a rush to get this asap. Wait, don’t buy it right away.

Great start to Sony’s next gen. Had to knock off a star due to multiple game crashes that I’m sure will be fixed in the feature updates.

Good system had a few game crashes. But plays well, quiet compared to the pro. If you can get your hands on one. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased the PS5 for my 16 year old son for Christmas. We was very excited to receive it. He’s enjoyed the new model. Set up was easy.

Great console but Sony needed to have doubled the internal memory for a digital version considering the size of newer games.

The ps5 still has some issues to be worked out. It can display video in 4k if the game is available for that. Much better sound than ps4.

Great system. However, it has trouble turning on with the controller when you press the PS button and external hard drive issues.

Great piece of tech and it’s nice to hold and look at, little confusing and some hardware issues but pretty cool if you manage to fix it.

I was lucky to get a pre order in. Best Buy website was of course overloaded on Ps5 release date. Had no issues so far with the console
