Bestbuy has done a good job selling products like PS5, very smooth in person pickup, PS5 is awesome and very nice upgrade

Great product i love everything about the PlayStation 5 but my only complaints with the console was the inconvenience to buy it.

Overall it was a pain to order the PS5, through Best Buy not a pleasant shopping experience online, and picking up the item in the store. I am rating this store a 1 star (Chandler location). I used to love to stop by this store and shop for items in the store. For some reason the last several times there is a person standing at the door that acts like a bouncer at a night club. Right off they do not want you to come into the store??? Anyhow on the day my PS5 arrived and was notified that it was ready for pickup was at 7:40pm. So I rushed over to the store only to find out that they had closed at 8:00pm. I arrived at 8:05pm and asked if I could pick up my order they said they were closed and were really rude about that I even asked. I have tried shopping at this store about 6 different times in the last year and this Chandler store and each time was not pleasant, and used to be one my favorite places to shop for electronics. I have moved on to other stores that have an enjoyable shopping experience. I have been shopping at this store for the past 20 years.

this is a great new console but its just not anything new, hopefully with new games this console will really show its potential

Ehhhhh feels like the ps4 with a new software update. Nothing major doesn’t feel “next get” consoles feel outdated there need to be a change. Would recommend getting the Oculus quest 2 instead. Unless you’re PS exclusives then go for it

The new controller is awesome. However games are limited and graphics are nothing to write home about yet.

Overpriced and hard to get. Consoles are a waste of time. Consoles are the reasons teens are jerks. Get out and take a walk

Decent quality but Xbox is better. Save your money and buy the Xbox

It was really difficult trying to get it with the high demand but when we finally did get it, it was a relief.

Playing mostly my backlog of PS4 games on it. PlayStation never disappoints so I’m sure the PS5 exclusives will be amazing.

Ps5 is O.K boots pretty fast, has little bugs now & then, that comes with any new system, nothing that updates can't fix.
