If you can buy the new PS5, it might not even work

Brand new controllers were unresponsive and the only way I could use the console was by connecting a PS4 controller. You cannot play PS5 titles without a working PS5 controller. After 2 weeks of research and trial-and-error, the PS5 still would not connect to ANY PS5 controllers. I attempted to exchange the PS5 for a new console, even if it was by delivery to the store, and was told they could not and would only give me a refund. I hope I get another chance at rolling the dice!

too many bugs

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Multiple issues, control drift after 1 hour of use. i had to pay to ship it back to sony for them to be like yup we gave you a faulty controller. Multiple games like madden ultimate team just wouldnt play at all for several months and was told sorry i have to wait it out. Wifi wont connect at my parents house yet i troubleshooted every possible way and sony says its my wifi's problem which it is not.
