The features and gameplay is awesome but my system kept crashing. It crashed for good so I had to swap it out for another one. I haven’t had any issues since.

No exclusive games so no real reason to buy unless you just want the tech.

New system lacks many games but outside of that it has backwards comparability which gives it an edge over ps4 and ps3 a must buy for console gamers

I dont like the 600GB storage.. sad really... I sold it and picked up the Xbox Series X and im happy honestly

Meh, over rated gaming system. Bought it and was bored with it within a week. Sticking to pc gaming

I bought the ps5 and plug it in and it won't turn on ,new out of the box ,had to return it after all the hard time i had to get one.

I am not a Totaltech fan, as it is predatatory, but the system is great!

It bricked after a year and a half :( just randomly turned off and that was it

Good console but you have to buy the protection plan. It has known issues and Sony will not cover them. I’ve never had a console in 20 years fail within 18 months. The cost from Sony is a flare rate of $230 plus your taxes. Absolutely crazy for such a new console.

After almost 4 years of owning my PS5, it’s safe for me to say that I am in love with the console and the massive library of games it offers. From games like God of War Ragnarök and Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth to other games like Helldivers 2 and Fortnite each of these games run near flawlessly and look stunning as well. My only gripe is the amount of on board storage after filling setting up the console is too small and an expandable SSD is almost necessary in my opinion.

The customer service was excellent, the console I got turned out to be defective I’m still waiting for a replacement in the exchange process.

After a couple of weeks, the right button of the dual sensor controller is very weak. It was good at first, but it is weak now and delayed.

original console bricked after 4 days had to send it in for repair but system overall is fire fasure. jus gotta watch for technical issues.

I would definitely recommend buying the disk version for an extra $100. I had to many titles that needed the disc to work from Ps4

Love the system but did not come with the extra game like it said it would so we paid more than what we should have just for the system

Did have an issue with freezing up and had to do a factory reset. Took to geek squad who was very knowledgeable.

Game and accessories cost too much and the disc version is a much better value.

Wasnt hard to get it but im glad i got an extra controller because when i opened the box it didnt have one in it.

I think it’s over rated. Need more time to do my research.

Needs to be in stock at the store stop the online only
