    Definitely an upgrade to last gen consoles. Everything from the performance to UI and its games are all great. It even comes with a free demo/game to test out the new features of the controller. Definitely would recommend an upgrade from a PS4 to PS5 as it’s very worth.

    I had for 2 days and it stopped working. Some issue when you put to rest mode. Called ps support they had me delete, reinstall and update the system. Everything was fine for 1 day then it stopped working again. Now I have to send back to Sony to get fixed. Never have I ever had so many issues for a game system

    My son was so happy that we were able to get one. We had to return due to factory defects and the games that we purchased Sony/PlayStation is refusing to refund the price paid for games we ended up losing time and money. I hope they could be more helpful. I still want my refund.
