Mine was a lemon, didn’t work at all. Long to PlayStation fan too

The console does not come close to meeting its performance claims.

Sony could have done much better with these new consoles, they don´t feel as powerful as they should be, especially now that nowadays you can use crossplay, if you play with a playstation 5 you´re on a huge disadvantage against Xbox & Pc players.

A masterpiece of design, it's beautiful, not just the console, but the accessories, the controller is the best one that exists in the market, 99% of the games are in 4k, and support 8k, games locked up to 60fps, and support 120fps, A 825G Ssd of storage, with one or the best ssd in the market for now, with a 5.5G per second, with the price of only 399 (the digital one is a lot better, but if you want compatibility with disks, buy this one, but i recommend the digital one).

Everything good. Good graphics and pretty fast. Would recomend it.

System was horrible, after 2 days it started cutting off in the middle of gaming and then stopped turning on completely. Called Sony multiple times to get nothing but troubleshooting and a case number. I returned the digital and purchased a disk version.

Item is defective. Mustve been a bad cap or something. Soon as I plugged it in, it popped, and that's all she wrote... :( I can't even return it because I've been busy and didn't have a chance to check it out, and now it's past the return window.

The Sony PlayStation 5 Console is a great next-gen console! It offers 120fps for various games on your television/monitor and it is a lot faster and snappier than the PS4. The only thing about the PS5 is that it can expel a lot of heat, so make sure wherever you place it, it has good ventilation.

This product was the worst product I EVER bought !!!! I bought this as a gift for my 6 year old for Christmas, he opens it and the PS5 starts good but after a while the game starts shutting off by itself.

I'll be quick. It's very quiet, it's fast, plays all my ps4 games I've tried so far with slightly faster loading times, the controller feels amazing when I hold it, it's a fantastic 4k uhd movie player, and I am really looking forward to the usual slew of playstation exclusive games coming out for it. Oh and demons souls is amazing on ps5. And I love the fact so many ps4 games are getting free updates for the ps5 hardware. I love my ps5.

Keep getting a Lan Error / Disconnect within 1-5 minutes of playing a game. Called customer service and they are clueless. Will sell on eBay or local soon. Getting a PC soon and will play CS:GO

I only had it for 2 weeks and it got stolen so I barely got a chance to use it I was at work to find out my house been broken into and they stole it and it sucks wish Best Buy can do something for lost and theft protection

Major controller drift issues. Check youtube for videos. Happened after a few months. Makes some games unplayable. Sony is well aware of the issue and their customer service is horrible.

This is a great console. Many would argue that the specs are slightly under the Series X, but it performs so well, so why nitpick at it? The controller is the real attention-grabber of this console, as well as the fast loading speeds and the honest beauty of the graphics. Overall, this console is a must-have, and I recommend buying one when the opportunity arises.

I am very lucky to have gotten this amazing machine. The console and the accessories are just top notch - the highest level of engineering design there has ever been. The set up is pretty simple, just follow the prompts on TV and you are good to go. The interface is also beautiful, it's very different from the previous consoles. The load time is pretty quick. I must also add the experience isn't complete without a TV that has HDMI 2.1. I got a Samsung Q70T to match with this console and the experience has been amazing, I could play FIFA21(PS5 version) all day with the crisp pictures and the sounds coming from the console. The noise level is zero & it also gives you an option to transfer all your contents and games from your PS4 to PS5. You might need an extra TV to carry out this process and it could take some few hours depending on how huge your contents are. Overall, I am very satisfied with this console. Sony outdid themselves on this one.

My ps5 is great! I was so excited when it came in to set it up and play. Almost 5 years later and it’s still going strong

If you have a 4K TV, you absolutely need this console. I couldn't believe how crisp the graphics were. For example, if your character is wearing a sweater, you can see every detail of the fabric and stitching, as if you're looking at it in real life. But besides the graphics, the real star of the show is the controller. The triggers vibrate and compress to appropriately mimic whatever you're doing in the game, which is truly amazing and different from anything we've seen before. However, it's something you need to test yourself in a best buy store, so you can see for yourself. But when you pair all of this with games at 60fps, you have one of the best gaming consoles I've ever experienced. I highly recommend the PS5 if you can find it, this is a huge generational leap for gaming!

Gpu was broken and they wouldnt let me get a new one. Only refund it. Now i have to try to get q new one again zzz
