Fast, killer graffics fast loading,quiet fan, smooth experience.

This feels like a legitimate upgrade over the PS4, mainly due to the SSD and how fast and snappy the system feels to use. Games load almost instantly. Definitely worth getting if you have a backlog of PS4 games you want to play while waiting for new games to come out. Other than Demon Souls or Spiderman Miles Morales, there's not a lot of games to play that take advantage of this new hardware.

PS5 is actually smaller then I thought. It is a very large console but is not as big as it looks online. It is unbelievable how fast this console is. It is so fast it makes me think back about how many hours I have wasted in my life just staring at loading screens. If this is a kids first video game console just remember that this is adding hours and hours to their life by not waiting for load screens.

Cool console concepts and implementation, but there are possibly intentional controller flaws that require either a replacement, or a difficult repair process for hardware repair newbies like myself if you are out of warranty. And there haven't been a lot of exclusive (meaning PS5 and PC only) ports to make up for its flaws. If there isn't a must have game you want, I'd recommend waiting a year for the pro model to come out alongside more games, or till Q3 2025 for GTA VI.

I think the Series X is actually a better console, but the I prefer the design of the PS5 (I wasn't a huge fan at first, but it grew on me). If you're a PC gamer like myself than I think the PS5 is the better option due to the exclusives that Sony brings to the table.
