And if you bought the console and gave it a 1 star for it being a bad costumer experience report it to best buy on there own report feature.The PS5 shouldn't be getting bad reviews because it was best buys fault that's just stupid.I know i didn't buy the console but i tired of dumb people giving it a low rating because of something stupid.

Was very disappointed the new Xbox requires and internet connection to play most games for validation. Finally secured a PS5 and loaded games before connecting to the internet and signing in (used User 1). Every game installed and played perfectly with no internet, even the region free imports from Japan. Big selling point for me.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really love this console it works great and smooth functions but I absolutely hate the controller I don’t understand who in the world thought making a controller smooth and flat and then the handles Straight so that the entire time you’re trying to hold it it’s trying to slip out of your hand and then the storage of these consoles is tiny in comparison to how massive any new games are so I bought an external hardrive and the stupid sofeware only allows PS4 games on it
