The controller is truly the best I have ever used. The system does need updates to add more features (currently it hasn’t happened) like the ability to purchase HD movies from PSN.

The controller is leagues ahead of any competition and the console it's self provides a great gaming experience. I also own a series x and the PlayStation is in my opinion the better of the two options if you can find it in stock.

Store representatives were very informative and personally gave a call to notify about preorder pickup information. Couldn’t have chosen a better retailer to purchase my PS5. Now in regards to the PlayStation itself, Sony definitely stepped it up this time around with the design and features. I love everything about it.

Just takes a little time downloading the games but once they do it runs fast. Was a gift & he loves it! He was so happy, he played his heart out. The only thing is we also bought him a VR & he wouldn't work because it needed an adapter which was free but still had to wait another week or more before he could play it.

The feel of user interface is just smooth when coupled with the dualsense controller. They both provide that immersive gaming experience. I'm loving it! I also have an Xbox Series X and I prefer the UI of the PS5 but both are great consoles. The haptic feedback on the controller is awesome. The trigger feedback may irritate some, but you can always turn it off. The built in mic and mute button on the controller is good too. Definitely a great buy.
