Having issues with the wifi staying connected, errors any time I try downloading anything onto the external drive. Loud. Confusing interface- I didn't care for the PS4's interface compared to the PS3's, but this one is even worse. But the games look pretty and the PS4 games run smoother or quicker as well so that's nice. If you're struggling to find one don't worry, you're not missing out on anything important quite yet. By the time you're able to find one hopefully the current "must have" games will be on sale and there'll be more new and exciting titles to pick from

Excited to see what future updates will make possible. Won't outperform a high end PC, but graphics are still great at 4k and 60 FPS on PS5 games, even some PS4 games that devs have upgraded. Backwards compatability is a huge highlight. Chat with screen share and pic in pic is a great feature for social gaming.

The device itself is great, but I want to use this review to praise how easy the in store pick up was at my local Best Buy in Wheaton MD. I went the day after Black Friday, the store seemed pretty ransacked, yet the staff was very helpful and handed me the PS5 incredibly fast after confirming ID and all matched. Great Job!

I really like the PlayStation 5. This is my first video game console purchase since the PlayStation 3. I have noticed a vast change in graphics and I am loving it. I can't wait to purchase many of the games system is currently providing. Best Buy you are the best for getting me my PlayStation 5 on time as scheduled.

Better than expected. I skipped PS4 and went Xbox glad a came back. As advertised load times are amazing, extra functions on the controllers are nice to have including built in mic/speaker. Waiting for more available options with the 8k playback and expected patch that allows VRR support but all in all great system so far.

Fast loading and response. Graphics are incredible.

The console itself has worked well for me. I've had a few crashes but I think that was an issue with Black Ops. The dualsense controller feels very comfortable and the haptics and adaptive triggers are very cool. Astros playroom demos these features really well. The user interface does feel new but it also feels unfinished and tedious to navigate sometimes. I picked the PS5 over the Series X mostly due to the fact that I have a gaming PC and can play xbox exclusives on it. The dualsense and the exclusive games are things I can't experience on PC. If it's going to be your main game machine I think it'd be a harder decision. As I said in the title, very worth it for $500 plus tax. Just don't buy it from scalpers for more than that.

System is extremely powerful, and has a plethora of free games to play upon startup! The upgraded games from PS4 to PS5 are also phenomenal! I'd definitely recommend disc over non-disc, for upgrade features alone with your old PS4 games. If you are going digital, you might as well just grab a free Stadia imho.

I love my PS5. It looks good, is aesthetically pleasing, has amazing graphics, and has virtually no loading times. The new controllers are probably the best part. The triggers have vibration and variable resistance, the whole controller has 360 vibration points, there is a mic on the controller so you don’t need a headset, and the mic is even used for some game features. The controller also has motion control like a wii controller. Pretty much a perfect console. The only problems I have is that I lose network connection when my PS5 goes into sleep mode, so I lose progress in my games. Also, the PS5 will sometimes randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Besides this I’m very satisfied with my purchase

Best gaming system that I’ve ever owned. I sold my Xbox once I got a hold of the PS5. Easy to use, smart access is great, and overall gameplay is top notch. Make sure that you have a tv that can give you the most of this gaming experience and surround sound would help too. Best purchase in 2021 for me.

If you are lucky enough to get one, its a great console. Backwards compatibility with PS4 games is fantastic. The new controller is something amazing, the haptics and adaptive triggers are a pleasure to use. The pack-in game, Astros Playroom, is the best way to test the controllers new features.

What can I say, its a PS5. It has everything the ps4 pro has plus a 4k player. Its a true all in one system. So far there are no games that fully showcase the PS5 capabilities, but spiderman is probably the closest you can get to what the ps5 can do right now. All in all its exactly what everyone thought it was gonna be.

This is excellent and absolutely beast console. I finally bought one for retail online that is what I am also really happy about. Still very pricey but glad I was able to purchase at retail and not from an expensive reseller. Great choice for gaming If you can get your hands on one.
