The PlayStation 5 is great console, awesome graphics, fast load times, but there's no new games to take advantage of the new gen features. Great console but no need to upgrade from PS4 right now.

I was able to purchase it online after around 15 mins of trying to add it to my cart. The pickup process was easy, the guy just brought it to my car. I love my PS5, since I only had digital PS4 games I opted for the digital version and I was able to download all the games really easily on the new console.

I just got my brand new PS5 and I absolutely love it! Spider-Man Miles Morales looks absolutely stunning and Astro’s Playroom really makes the dual sense controller shine! I’m so happy I was finally able to get my hands on one and I’m even more excited for all the next gen games to come on the PS5!!!

The only down side is I wish they would of sold it in store so I could of got one sooner. The load times in games are a lot faster than the old console. Love the party chat where it lets you join without having to take you out the game. The new controller design feels great in your hands.

I love my PS5. The speed and quality is outstanding. I can’t believe how many times it still amazes me with the fast loading times even if the games aren’t enhanced yet. Recently one of my games were enhanced and the loading times are a thing of the past with this next gen console. I highly recommend this item.

Finally got one for my son. Couldn't pick it up until 2 days after XMas, but we got one. Best Buy finally seemed to figure out a way to prevent scammers from getting more than one console at a time. We installed the system and my son hasn't stopped playinng it since then. Great graphics and response time.

Absolutely incredible. Ridiculous loading times (PC level) and amazing ray-tracing. The controller is what sets this thing apart from any other console I have played before. Unfortunately, the only way to fully understand what I mean is to get your hands on one of these babies, but it’s possible! Good luck!

Such a huge upgrade in relation to the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Lightning fast loading times and instant access to a ton of features mid game. Would recommend this to anyone who is tired of how slow other consoles are. Also the Dualshock controller trigger effects are awesome in every game.

This is a great console, SSD is fast and loads quick, whole new interface from the PS4, you can use streaming services straight from the PS5 and the Apple TV is almost the same as the Apple TV 4k, only difference is that you can’t access the App Store and download apps like you can with the Apple TV 4K

Really fun and really fast, definitely worth the money to upgrade from a PS4 pro, everyone knows the notoriously long wait time for GTA V online to load in, PS5 takes it from 50% or 60% to being loaded in, super super quiet which is a good change from the PS4 pro, big but looks really good, 200% worth the money

I bought the digital version as I no longer purchase physical games and honestly I don't regret this decision. I already stream all my tv and movies so my old collection isn't necessary. The PS5 user interface is futuristic and smooth. I'd recommend it if you're mainly going for Sony digital exclusives.

Has everything you’d want in modern gaming - the performance, the exclusive titles, and the visuals. Since it’s still in the first year of release, there aren’t as many titles that are optimized for 4k/120 as you’d hope. All that aside, if you can get a hold of one in this market - do it!

The console is quiet, runs smooth, registers 4k quality really great, the controller is comfortable and a huge upgrade from the ps4 controller, the triggers have a immersive effect, although the downsides to this console is the low space they have, especially with how big games are

Love this console! It's quiet and they really did think of everything. If you can find one, I highly recommend it. That said, I wish I didn't get the one with the disc drive because I've never used it. Also, I wish PS would have come out with a larger hard drive for it.

I got my ps5 and it came bran new. I got the ps5 the same day that I bought which is amazing service. I have been using the ps5 and it is way faster compared to the ps4. I can download updates in just minutes. The ps5 controller is very comfortable to people with big hands. I recommend this product.

Great new sony 2020 ps5 console. The UI is redone and easier to navigate. The other best thing is the controllers. It's not a gimmick and please try it out. You have to experience it tot see how good it is. Overall great console with those of the best release nexst gen console Demon soul and spider man

Very good console. For the price, this console is insane. The SSD is outstanding, as I also have a PC and this thing literally beats the pc SSD by probably 3-4x speed (when loading games and apps). I'm new to playstation so it's a little hard to get used to, but the user interface is super nice.

Althought was a struggle of 2 hours to pre order it when the very first pre order was open way back in September. But it was worth it. Had a quick pickup from my local Best Buy store and since then enjoying playing every bit of it. The new Dual Sense controller has added extra feel to the playing experience.
