The playstation 5 is a great console. The exceptionally fast load times are what really make this console feel next gen. Not only is it a great place to play new exclusives but it makes nearly every game better with more stable framerate and much faster load times.

Love this console, been waiting to get my hands on a Ps5 and finally was able to. Runs smooth, lauches games faster and the dualsense controller is super nice. Overall the PS5 is awesome. If you don't have one yet, keep hanging in there, the wait is worth it and your time will come.

This new system is amazing! Graphics, sound, and the new look! My son is through the roof with excitement after seeing this as his Christmas gift. The easiest process of securing one of these vs all other retailers! Great job to Best Buy on your process for ordering and picking up.

Sony does it again. I can't wait to see what's in store for this consoles run. I've already been impressed with the loading times and the controller is phenomenal. The feedback it gives you is hard to describe and hopefully anyone developing games will use it to their advantage.

Excellent console. Wish there were more 1st party games but Demon Souls and Spiderman are excellent. UI is very similar to the PS4 though, wish they revamped it some more but oh well. Controller so far has been very fun to use with the Astro game. Can't wait to see more use with Haptic.

Great console. I enjoyed it very much. I mostly use it to play cod warzone. I know these are hard to come by right now and will be for some time so I think it makes it that much better that I was able to secure one through Best Buy. It’s a PlayStation so pretty self explanatory.

INCREDIBLE SYSTEM! Once again Somy has made another GREAT game console! The system has yet to let me down, it’s graphics are great, fast download times, backplay compatibility, and reliable. Highly recommend getting the DISC VERSION, if you want to get the most out of your PS5

It's almost perfect. Cons: If there's a game in the console it will randomly start spinning at a high velocity even though I'm not running the game. I could be watching netflix and it will just randomly start spinning very loud and then stop. It is very big and bulky and does not feel like the most sturdy thing ever. The white controller gets dirty fast. Getting one was the biggest pain ever. Pro's: The controller feels high quality and is great to use. Comes with Astros playroom so you have something to play immediately. UI feels very fast. PS plus gets you a bunch of PS4 classic games for free. Overall it's a PS5 and does not disappoint.

I am loving my new ps5! And it comes with this free cool game called astros playroom that shows you how cool the ps5 controller is. I have both new consoles. The Xbox series x and the ps5 but I haven’t been on my Xbox that much lately lol. Anyways great gift especially for the holidays!

I like those images, everything looks real, great machine, enjoyable to play any game. Specially if you own a big screen tv. My kids love it, they enjoy playing UFC, FIFA21, FORTNITE, ETC. Great fans on console cause does not get hot at all. The color makes it incomparable with others.

Good luck finding one of these. I happened to get lucky and saw this one on display at the customer service rack. (Yeah!) I asked if it was for sell and yup it was an open box purchase since it came slightly open. Lucky me lol. Awesome system…

I had an Xbox one X, this console is amazing and is the definition of next gen. I was thinking I was going to have trouble transitioning from Xbox, but the controller is easy to use and the interface is also really easy to use. Definitely would buy. A bit difficult to get though.

Best console I’ve owned in years. Although my pc is much better, it’s kind of surprising how optimized and high fidelity the games on ps5 are. And just when I get one, I see that Sony is releasing exclusives on pc. Go figure. Love the controller.

Worth every penny. Great value and the dualsense controller is best controller Sony has ever made. Cannot wait for the exclusive games that will truly take advantage of the hardware. If you haven’t been able to get your hands on one yet keep trying. Don’t buy from scalpers.

Love the ps5 but the controllers do not seem to be as sturdy as the ps4. I have went through two controllers already with different issues.

Last console I had was a PS2. Crazy good upgrade. Love using it on my LG CX 77 in OLED display. Loading times are quick. I have been playing Demon's Soul and it looks amazing. Very quiet. Only time it is loud is when you first start up the system. Fan noise is then very minimal.

I love this system, its quite and the controller is out of this world, the sort gaming experiences that will be created in the future will be like when rumble was first introduced or how music/sound was first introduced to games where it changed based on how the game was progressing.

First of all, I want to thank Best Buy’s customer service. I was lucky enough to buy one randomly during the crazy pre-order and I am glad I had no issues with my order after placing it. Overall, the console is absolutely wonderful. The controller and system offers a premium upgrade.

I’ve always loved PlayStations, and this one is no different. The migration of all PS4 games and files went way easier than the Xbox migration went. Graphics are amazing! Can’t wait for more games to come out, especially God Of War!
