Best Buy handles the online sell SOOOOO much better than Wal-Mart & I feel better than Target as well. I got a PS5 on launch, but I was still trying to get friends & family one as well. The PS 5 is massive, but I’ve had some much fun with it! Great product.

Pricey and limited game selection but should be a really nice platform once the game library develops. Strong performance and graphics.

The jump in graphics is not as jaw-dropping as previous console refreshes. The increase in frame-rate and load times make it a worthwhile upgrade for the Playstation fan. The addition of AAA PS4 titles included with a PS Plus subscription makes it a must.

Securing one of these was quite the challenge. The console itself is Pretty good, I had my doubts about the new controller, but it's solid, though I am not a huge fan of the triggers. Load times on the PS5 are incredibly fast from my experience. I have not yet tried expanding my storage, but plan to in the future. My gripe with this purchase is actually with how Best buy made purchasing this available, locking the right to purchase behind a $200 paywall to buy a 1 year membership to thier Total tech membership. Which has already paid for itself through protection plans, however having to come up with $200 at the drop of a hat just to get something that was already over $500 with tax. Really did not sit well with me initially.

Next-gen for sure! Software, games, controllers feel very fluid and fast. The graphics are beautiful! If you grew up playing PlayStation.. you already know you will love this. For the Xbox peeps.. just come on over to Sony.. I know your considering it.

I bought this for my son for his birthday who’s been wanting one ever since it came out. Very hard to get these PS5’s so I’m glad to have gotten lucky from BestBuy. Next gen gaming to the next level and we love everything about the PS5!

I was lucky to finally get the PS5 and I’m very pleased with it. It was definitely worth the wait. It is so much faster than the PS4 pro which I love as well. If anyone is on the fence about upgrading like I was it is definitely worth it.

The absolute most amazing console ever ! I would recommend getting an SSD expansion when you get the console , the SSD is very small 825 Gig & only 667 available to use …. That space goes very quickly !

I was lucky enough to get one in my cart during Black Friday. The console itself is very nice, albeit very large. I couldn't barely fit it on my desk, so be wary of the size. Other than that, it's a super nice console. Also, Astro's Playroom is super fun.

I honestly haven’t played a Sony Game system since the Playstation 2 as kid, But my oh my! What a game system, I don’t know where to start. The Graphics is Stunning (especially on NBA2K) I love this game. I play it everyday! I honestly can’t get enough

The console itself is great! You get the power you need, especially for your PS4 backlog. While still early in this next-gen, you aren't going to have that many proper PS5 games. Still, if you're a PlayStation gamer, you will love Sony's offerring here.

Very advanced and futuristic. Way quicker than the original ps4. Doesn’t have any new games yet but definetly worth the upgrade. It is pricy but worth the money.

NIce load times on the from disc and plenty of added storage for games. Controller is a nice upgrade. LED lights give a slick new look. Definitely worth grabbing

Kid loves it!!! He sold his old system and a bunch of his other stuff and paid for it with his own money. Oddly shaped and much bigger than previous system. Have to lay it down because standing it up is not much of an option with most entertainment centers.

I have been trying since 11/12/20 to purchase one. One failure after another. Until 11/22/20 at 4:30am, BestBuy Online changed my dreams to reality. I had purchased a new 4K television to get the full affect of the graphics. This is a Whole New World to me.

Finally a launch console that has a ton of games to play. Sure they’re a lot of ps4 games but compared to every other past console, these come with performance upgrades like playing something old on an upgraded pc. Truly a great buy if you never owned a PS4Pro

If you’re reading this and on the fence, just buy one of these as soon as stock is available near you. This was my first PlayStation and I am so impressed with it. $400 for a 4K gaming powerhouse is an excellent value, especially considering a new 4K capable PC graphics card with ray tracing support will set you back even more. At the end of the day, you’re gonna love this thing. There are so many PlayStation exclusives to play and they look outstanding. All you need to know ahead of time is this console is massive. Imagine how big you think the PS5 is in your head. Got an idea? Yeah, it’s bigger than that. It’s going to draw attention in your living room because it is a giant white UFO that lights up. I’m personally a fan, but be prepared if the aesthetics aren’t to your liking. You’ll get over it though with all the fun you’ll be having playing it. Best of luck finding one.

It's pretty neat. The controller is fantastic, the games play well, though I don't have an OLED to see just how great it looks. Currently enjoying it but I don't like that I can't move all PS4 games to the internal ssd or PS5 games to an external drive. The size of the ssd with the lack for expansion will also going to be a huge problem soon. The UI is nice but changing the way the home button works in the PS5 as opposed to the PS4 is still confusing, i.e. holding the button to turn it off/set too rest/etc. as opposed to going to the hub dashboard. Hopefully that gets updated soon.

While the PS5 and Xbox Series X both suffer from a lack of exclusive games, the PS5 certainly fares better on that front and, crucially, makes a better all-round case for getting on board the next-gen train. It feels fresh and new, has an innovative controller, features bespoke 3D audio tech that anyone with a pair of simple wired headphones can take advantage of, and a built-in game that introduces you to all these cool new things in charming style. None of this can be said of the new Xbox. However it has a complete lack of Dolby Vision, and its lack of Dolby Atmos is everywhere but in the Disc Player app, but some or all of these issues could be fixed in time. The resolution and frame rates are no higher than from the Xbox – but in terms of new, game-changing tech and a dazzling user experience it's a home run.

Was looking for a disk version at first but was able to buy digital at some point. And I’m pretty happy with it, no need to collecting dust with disk versions of games. And the design looks much better without the disk reader in my opinion
