Even though it is so hard to get, after some time you can get one. It is very much worth it, and the experience of the UI and controller are perfect. It just feels right. Amazing console, and the only thing I will play on for the foreseeable future.

As someone who likes to have the "New Shiny" as early as possible, I was very pleased that my PS5 arrived on release day! I have had a blast with it so far! Demon's Souls is a brilliant launch title, recapturing and improving upon the 2009 PS3 title. Miles Morales continues the magic from 2018's Spider-Man, in a shorter, but more focused campaign. But shockingly, the bundled-in Astro's Playroom is probably the most fun I have had with my new console! It oozes fun and charm and is simultaneously a love letter to all thing Playstation and also a thorough showcase of what the DualSense controller is capable of! For me, this purchase hit all the right notes, but I could definitely say that a large portion of gamers can probably wait to get one until there are a few more exlusives!

Great console. Super fast and I think worth trying to get. I realize how that sounds coming from someone who was actually able to get one (trying since preorder day) but it’s super awesome. Only downside is still no way to add memory. Hopefully soon.

Consle overall is great, I like the new design making it look very slick and very nice when it’s standing, ordering it was a hassle but managed to get it a couple days after launch would fight recommend the console to everyone when it becomes available

I was so lucky to get it for my husband. It’s amazing! It has amazing graphics. It crashed a few times but my husband has being playing 24/7. PS4 games do look great on the ps5 but games truly made for ps5 you can appreciate the difference in upgrade!

I have both the Series X and the PS5 so no bias here. First off this thing is huge, bigger than original Xbox, huge. Dual sense controller has some nice features but if it’s like the dual shock 4 most weren’t used ie. touchpad, motion control, speaker. Battery life on controller is pretty bad too. I’ve played Spider-Man Miles Morales and Star Wars Squadrons, and neither really had the wow factor. Right now the Ps 5 feels like the PS4 but with ray tracing, 4K and 60 FPS, all nice features but not really $500 features. It could be great in the future but only time will tell.

Waited a very long time for this system and we finally scored one. A bit confusing in the beginning since the layout is different, also bulky in person. Will take time getting used to its size compared to the sleek design of the ps4

The PS5 has defied some of the greatest console limitations from its predecessors from processing times and graphics to innovative features. No matter what console you choose (XBOX or PLAYSTATION), immerse yourselves in a breathtaking gaming experience.

Good console, but I think it’s a bit bulky and looks like a folder. I imagine Sony will release a smaller version in the near future, which would be much better. Sony makes this much better by giving free games with every ps5 purchase.

Managed to get a hold of one as they came available for a short window. The console itself is pretty large, but it's not a big deal for me. I'm looking forward to more next gen games becoming available. For now, it's essentially upscaling PS4 games.

More than I value my console, I value how BestBuy supported it's release. Extreme professionalism with this particular item. I was very happy to have a safe pickup, and the staff was above accomodating in helping me grab a few extra items I needed even though it was a scheduled window for pickup, so shoutouts to them. I've been very happy with my PS5 since launch. I've had fun with Astro's playroom, I've had fun with Miles Morales, and above all, I've had fun making use of the PS5's features, sharing especially is as easy and has better quality than the PS4 did. A very modern console for the modern socialite. As far as errors, haven't had any myself. No spontaneous shutdowns, no glitches with it's OS, no memory issues, nothing. It's handled as well as any other console I've owned, and I'm eager to do more with it than just being disappointed with Cyberpunk!

playstation at it's best. they nailed everything except the design. it looks funky and is kind if growing on me but it just hasnt yet. the controller actually has some weight to it and feels comfortable. the UI runs the menus and starts the games fast.

Especially almost two years after it’s come out it’s definitely a much more robust and stable machine. If you have the chance to get one, definitely do so as it makes PS4 games a better experience as well.

I have a Xbox series s but heard the rave about the PS5. Finally got my hands on one and it does not disappoint. The layout and design is very sleek. Only downfall is their isn’t many games out for PS5 compared to Xbox

This was a purchase for a friend and their son. They absolutely love it. They love the enhanced graphics of older games and the new titles coming out specifically for PS5. I just wish they were easier to find in stock!

Great system, very user friendly, great graphics and very fast loading times. Recently purchased a new TV to get the full experience of the system and it looks great. I receive mine on release day and been having fun with it ever since

I was fortunate enough to score this system early and picked it up on launch date. I was so excited. Anyway, it’s a great machine and the new dual sense controller is awesome. But here I am several months later and I have hardly used my PS5. It seems like most of the games I’m interested are available on the ps4. You can play those games on the PS5 but on many games it gives a warning that games may not run correctly. So for now I’m just like “cool, I have a PS5” but have not really found myself being excited about playing any of the games so far.

This console is amazing! I really love how best buy beat the bots and allow the every day folk (like myself) be able to cop one. The graphics are phenomenal and it is everything I expect and MORE from a next gen console! Thank you so much best buy!

I was looking for a PS5 for over a year now, to purchase for my son. Both of us are very much so enjoying playing it together and he's loves it very much. The graphics and picture and gameplay are a treat to him.

Amazing console! I was very lucky to have been able to get this for my boyfriend. He absolutely loves it. He is a huge gamer. It's beautiful! i love the white. My boyfriend says games that have been upgrated for PS5 look incredible!
