If you’re a game like me than you’ll love the PS5. The graphics are amazing and the biggest plus was the load and installation time of games being much faster. Also Sony has better game exclusives than Xbox. I’d give it a 10/10

I have really enjoyed the playstation, the speed difference between this and the ps4 is noticeable. i have had no major bugs. Best Buy is the best place to buy from and had my playstation ready for me to pick up very quick

I could not be more happy with the PS5. The speed and overall experience is a huge improvement over the PS4 and Xbox one. There have been several great games to play on it as well. If you can find it, buy it!

Great system the space of the OS takes up a chunk of space a SSD is needed for extra space. Just glad to get my hands on one.

great console , it was hard to get , it took a while but it was worth the wait , when i first got it it had a couple of bugs but playstation fixed it with updates and now its a perfect console , handles games great and will last you a while

A leap to the future! I only had the PS4 base version so upgrading to this has been phenomenal! Graphics are superb, sound is crisp, and love the games. If you have a PS4 pro version I would probably hold off buying this until later though.

Actually the next-gen experience we want. The controller is leaps and bounds ahead of last-gen and I can’t wait to see how more developers take advantage of it. And Best Buy was an awesome retailer to purchase and pick up the console from.

As someone who likes to have the "New Shiny" as early as possible, I was very pleased that my PS5 arrived on release day! I have had a blast with it so far! Demon's Souls is a brilliant launch title, recapturing and improving upon the 2009 PS3 title. Miles Morales continues the magic from 2018's Spider-Man, in a shorter, but more focused campaign. But shockingly, the bundled-in Astro's Playroom is probably the most fun I have had with my new console! It oozes fun and charm and is simultaneously a love letter to all thing Playstation and also a thorough showcase of what the DualSense controller is capable of! For me, this purchase hit all the right notes, but I could definitely say that a large portion of gamers can probably wait to get one until there are a few more exlusives!

Took many attempts but was able to get one. I have played a just a couple of the next gen titles so far but this definitely a step up. I have noticed that e hard drive is filling up quickly so that may need to be an early upgrade purchase.

I love the PS5! I paired it with a 4K TV and the graphics are amazing.I tried so hard to get this item, if only the process was easier. Best Buy was fair in giving people a chance at obtaining one though, which I really appreciated.

When the console is working it looks, sounds, and feels amazing. The graphics, even on the upscaled PS4 games, appear flawless with no lagging. The multi-channel stereo allows you to hear everything happening in the game from a directional standpoint. And the feel of the haptic feedback on the controller might be the best part. It varies greatly in the type of feedback you can receive so each game is a new experience. The downsides: I've always given my consoles plenty of space for air flow as I know they can run warm. This unit was no exception. It was a good 12-16 inches from the wall in any given direction and sat vertically on the top of a wooden table. I routinely would clean the air vent so there would be no build up of dust. But within a few weeks of using it the PS5 would begin to overheat and turn itself off. At first it was maybe 30-45 minutes in to a game. Overtime it has continued to the point that no game can be played more than 5 minutes before the unit overheats and shuts down. At this point the entire console is functionally useless. I've attempted to get ahold of Sony Technical Support but their phone lines are always so busy I can never even connect.

I have had my PS5 for about 6 months now. I love it. the images are great, it processes way faster than my PS4 did. Really great system. My recent purchase was to get my sister one. She also loves it.

Love the graphics and how quiet this is compared to my old ps4 pro which sounded like a jet engine after playing for a few minutes. It still has software issues (the console is only about a month and a half old at this time from launch) like error messages after taking the console out of rest mode when I leave the external storage connected that I have to repair the drive. The expansion bay is also not currently active and Sony has been quiet about how or when they will enable this feature. So because of these issues, I will not give it a 5 star rating.

Pretty sleek design, looks really cool. And is super fast even compared to the Ps4. Not having a disk tray is not bad at all either. Worth the buy

Best purchase of 2021, honestly was better then expected and I have no regrets of not going with a series x. I would recommend this product, I’ve had no issues out the box and I have pushed it to the limits of gameplay and performance.

Worth the wait. It was very difficult to finally find one but after finally getting my hands on one, I'm in love. Very quiet and runs/loads games way faster than my 7 year old ps4. Now just waiting for some more games to come out!

The Play Station 5 is not only a technologically advanced system but also a work of art. The controllers functionality is superior to the Play Station 4. The smoothness and easy use makes the Play Station 5 a superior gaming experience.

Some minor glitches here and there and a somewhat small internal built on motherboard SSD(super fast though), but all in all a great addition to anyone with a huge PS4 library and allows for the Next Generation that is just waiting to begin

compared to the ps5 disc, I will say this version looks a lot better imo due to it being more symmetrical. If you don't care for physical games, save your yourself the $100 to purchase accessories or PS plus.

Only 4 and not 5 because of the storage Games nowadays are too big to get the most out of this console needed to buy an ssd
