Having this console for over a month and I can say it’s amazing. Faster and plays better than last gen and I haven’t had any issues so far like some people. If you were able to pick one up then congrats to owning this beast of a console!

Great system. Not as capable of running 4k 120 as Xbox Series X, in side by side comparisson. Ps5 crashed several times , but overall Ps5 loaded quicker. It's a good toss up so go with what you're most loyal to, you won't regret it!

This was the perfect gift for my husband who is a gamer. The fact that he could transfer over all his came from the PS4 was simply amazing. The graphics on this console are so crisp and well-defined. It was definitely worth the purchase.

PlayStation 5 at last!! I've been looking for a PS5 for over a year without success but Best Buy came through. You should have seen my son's face on Christmas Morning, easily worth the year long hunt!

Super FAST, Super fun playing now, the controller fits perfectly in my palms. The standby amber light gives a sexy ambient look in the evening when the room is dimly lit. it just a good system to have in your entertainment center.

Just got it about a month ago. Even though there aren't many games out yet, pretty much every ps4 game is backwards compatible and load times are pretty much non existent. So far so good and look forward to more games coming out.

If your desperately trying to get a PS5, please don't sweat it or spend any more money then retail price to get it. Imo, both consoles came out to soon. There are not enough games out to make good use of the hardware. Most of the hype is just the fact that someone was able to get one I believe. A lot of reviews come from people who haven't played much and they got a gaming system because they stay home because of covid, but honestly there should be no one paying extra for this. You'll get one eventually if your trying, just don't worry if you don't for awhile, it's not much different then the ps4 pro....for now

Finally got this thanks to Best Buy’s fast check out process. Been happy for months gaming previous and current generation games. This is obviously an incredible console. Get it when you can; no questions asked

A powerhouse of a console if your lucky to get your hands on one. A great alternative if you can't afford the $$ for a high end gaming PC. Can't wait to play the upcoming "exclusive" games that going to be released in the near future.

I would personally say this is the best console on the market. I have owned it for going on 2 years with 0 issues and it’s a tremendous step up from the previous generation.

Purchased this console back in December, the download speeds are a far better improvement compared to the PS4. Controller feels better in hand and looks amazing! Only downside is size but still looks great! Definitely worth the money!

Definitely next gen console so better performance, but no reason to jump on the hype. It's better than building a brand new costly PC which I did and now I kind of regret that but anyways I have other usages of a PC besides gaming.

The Playstation 5 is a great next-gen system. It was very hard to get, but worth the effort. The user interface is very clean and easy to use. The set up was very easy. Once you play with it for a while it will feel like second nature.

The graphics and textures are absolutely phenomenal on this machine. I've had PlayStations since the very first one. Sony definitely did a fantastic job stepping their game up on what this thing can render and provide for consumers gaming experience. That being said, I have to give it 4 stars because I'm already sending my PS5 in to be repaired even though I have a day one PS4 that has never broken down. They let me down here but hopefully they'll get it fixed soon. All and all I would still recommend this system over an Xbox any day

PS5 in and of itself is amazing. Fast load times, awesome picture quality. It's just unfortunate that the sales weren't handled better and most people who want one can't get it still. Not sure whether that's Sony's fault or the retailers.

The console is amazing however Best Buy was very difficult with my purchase hopefully the next encounter can be better made me want to not use Best Buy again however I know it’s crazy because of Christmas time so I understand the delays.

Awesome system. Lots of have said there are bugs but I haven't seen anything abnormal. Disk drive is quiet. Storage runs out fast though so I recommend the disk vs digital. I ordered from bestbuy on launch day and everything went smooth.

Finally got my hands on this for my little boy! It’s a Christmas present so he hasn’t opened it yet. But I am sure he will be happy with it! The design is awesome big it is a bit heavy. Can’t wait to open it and I will update the review.

The future is here this is Blade Runner 2049 the games play us now. If you are still having a hard time getting a PS5 Best Buy would be my best recommendation because Walmart has been a complete let down with every PS5 drop since launch in November. The system is a huge hunk of hardware that looks like alien tech designed by Hideo Kojima for one of the Metal Gear games. At first I was apprehensive about the style of the console itself and the controller, because I am so fond of the dual shock 4 control, but eventually I have grown to love the futuristic stylized look of this system. Sitting next to my PS4 this console seems like a PS10 not a PS5 its a complete shift in style design from the PS4. I think it will be very collectible in the future because of the style of the first edition console.
