Excellent console, design is very neat and clean. Only downside is the charger cable for the controller comes DOA sometimes. Luckily had a similar usb c charger and so I didn’t have to deal with customer service or psn.

Very hard to get, you have to know somebody who knows what they're doing to snipe one for you. Great console and has great performance for the price despite me being a pc oriented person.

What a awesome console. Really fast looks great. PlayStation knocked it out the park with this one. Got one because Best Buy isn’t announcing there drop date so scalpers can’t sit on it and get all of them great job Best Buy!

This console is way easier to use than the already easy to use Ps4! While the game selection is still small, there are already some hits that show the true power of this console and the power of the new DualSense controller.

I have not experienced the crashing others have reported, but I'm also not playing CyberPunk. I loaded Fallout4 and Red Dead Redemption 2 and compared to the PS4 Pro, there is a very distinct difference in visuals and smoothness + better response during game play, Sony's beefed up hardware specs really can be seen and felt. I was a bit concerned about the size of the new controller, but after a few hors of breaking the console in, I like the extra size and shape, the controller feels better balanced front to rear. I haven't fired up the VR headset yet, but I do have the free Sony adapter and when more time is available, the PS4VR games will come out. So far, the new platform gets a full 5 stars and this was worth the effort and drive to get my hands on it.

So I finally got my hands on the notorious PS5 and I have to say- despite the process of acquiring one being a REAL nightmare (seriously- the shortage of product made the search for one a real hassle, but...#firstworldproblems , right?!), this product is INCREDIBLE. Load times are super fast, the "home" screen is beautiful and easy to use (once you get used to the new layout and placement of things on the screen), it's silent when it runs (so far, anyway), and I'm so happy we picked on up. That said, it's a rather bulky console that I actually find to be a bit of an eyesore and the stand itself SUCKS when placing the unit horizontally on a shelf. But I'm still thrilled to own one and very thankful for my luck in getting one. Highly recommended!

Definitely a great Next Gen with some limitations. Hope it supports VRR & 1440 120Hz. Super gigantic, wish it is smaller.

The PS5 is a superb console that offers a compelling next-gen gaming experience – and one that will likely only get better as more titles are added to the lineup. The PS5 proves itself to be both powerful and well-designed.

Worth the wait, long wait started back in October 2020, finally purchased January 2021. Graphics are awesome, latency low! Better than other consoles and the PS5 is backwards compatible with PS4 games is a giant plus!

So glad I was able to pick up this console. Can't beat the $399 price. Games load up super fast. Really feels like a next gen console. Setup just took about 45 minutes... so not too bad to get things ready to play

I find it really hard to believe I was able to get one. Thank you Best buy. The game play is remarkable. I love the new controllers. It does take some time to load games, but once loaded the games play with no issues.

Powerful next-gen console. The new controller is beautiful and feels great in hand! It is a bit big but if you have some good space in your living room or bedroom, then it will look nice! Has some amazing games too!

Amazing console. Can’t wait to see what Sony brings this gen. I’ve had a few bugs and game crashes here and there but nothing critical. Looks amazing paired with my LG C9. I highly recommend if you can get your hands on one.

It's great! I have seen the concerns online but I have not shared those same experiences. It downloads very fast while using a LAN connection and the controller is amazing! It completely changes the experience when playing.

great system but a little clunky like the title, overall this is not a bad standalone system I got PS+ discounted for several years so i have tons of "free" games to keep occupied There are a few things wrong with this product tho. The fan is somewhat noisy, the stand is horrible, bordering on unsafe when placed horizontal the interface seems easy at first but simple things like looking for gameplay or pictures of the game.. you won't find that because most games are bare and only have written info want to play on your phone or tablet? sure but clunky and only with a ps4 control, not ps5...... They got great games but a long way to go before they can catch up to how seamless the xbox can be

After a month and a half of trying I finally scored one through BB. Pickup was easy though my local store wasn’t selling any at the time. Next gen graphics and everything. What I’d expect from Sony after all these years.

No problems or issues at all! Just glad I was finally able to get my hands on one, straight from Best Buy. West Covina location was great with Covid guidelines during pickup, and it was a super easy process picking it up.

Just got ours opened this Christmas morning, true to it's monicker being a next gen console. Everything is impressive, from the controller to the console itself. Just wish those updates for each gamedisc was not necessary.

The console is awesome. The controller is very good. Please do not buy this from scalpers though, you are not missing out on anything game-changing, the PS4 is good enough till you can find a retail PS5 trust me.

I’ve always loved PS since I was a child. I grew up with their consoles and getting the 5 was no option. It was necessary. The graphics are amazing, the system is gorgeous, and the controllers are fire.
