Finally able to score one of these and couldn't be happier. The graphics are fantastic and it was an easy set up. I didnt mind it be digital since I want to save onspace. Friendly and fast service at Best Buy.

The system it's self is amazing. No complaints with how excellent games run and look and the speed of the machine. You need to make sure that you actually check the dimension of this before you get it. If you can get one that is. Even after measuring before buying until you see this is real life you just aren't ready for the actual size of this thing. I will be 1st in line to exchange/sell/upgrade this when they actually do a re-design for this.

Must have next gen tech the PS5 is an incredible piece of hardware the next gen gaming experience is here and the Duel Sense controller is true magnificent Highly recommend it !

Love it beautiful graphics if you have the right TV...Make sure to get both 120mhz refresh rate and 2.1 hdmi input. I got the LG nano cell85 there are also other TVs like LG 90, Samsung q70, q80, Sony models 900 and up

playing ps4 games at 60 fps makes this an awesome device. the haptic feedback on the controller is also game changing. I'm waiting for more ps5 games to release to justify the purchase but overall its a solid device.

I got very lucky being able to get my hands on one of these. My PS4 feels very outdated, rightfully so. The load times are as promised and the new home screen and PS store redesign are very well designed and thought out.

Love it love playing old game and still waiting for more next gen games but all my older games look great wish the hard drive description was more accurate its not 825 more around 600ish with everything thats preloaded

I’ve had a series X console for awhile now and I wanted to add a ps5 to the collection I really like the controller and exclusive games the console has to offer

Hype is all worth it. It’s graphics are great. The updates are super fast. It it very modernize and I love it. Only down side is that everything is shifting towards PC so not much games

Definitely worth the upgrade from a PS4 Pro. Even though my Pro had a 1TB Samsung SSD, the PS5 blows it out of the water when it comes to load and boot times. Fan is quiet, games are great and I'm loving it so far!

Love this new console, but I would spend the extra $100 for the disc version if you can. Storage runs out quick and the expanded SSDs I don't think are out yet. Plus backwards compatibility with PS4 is great.

The console looks cool when it lights up, it’s super quick on the loading times, graphics look super good. If look closely on the controller u could see the PlayStation symbols .

Love this console. Its so much faster and better quality. The whole menu is very different compared to the ps4. Its great because you can still play with your friends who have not had the chance to upgrade to the ps5

Was lucky enough to be able to pick up a PS5 on launch day, 11/12/2020. I have not had any problems with the machine making excessive noise, or over heating, I have noticed the wireless controllers seem to need charging more than I am typically used to with the older DS4 (DualShock 4) controllers. I love that I can use my DS4 controllers with the PS5 seamlessly (as long as I'm running a basic app or PS4 title) which is most of the time for my kids (the ones that are more apt to destroy a controller with spilled drinks or food). I have had the machine crash a couple of times to date in AC: Valhalla, but I've not lost any save data and I chalk it up to new release software stability issues. If they persist or become irritating, I would update my review.

I own the Xbox Series X and now the PS5. The PS5 is definitely my go to system. Both have amazing graphics but the new Duelsense controller is what makes the PS5 truly a “next gen” system.

This console is ridiculous. If I had grown up without having to ever know what a loading screen is, I do not know who I would be. Two things -- 1) Getting this was difficult, but not impossible & 2) Due to number one there are not that many games. I understand everyone wants to get this console and play it asap (so long as you have room in your living room, it's a giant), but there is no game out yet that determines you *have* to have it. Just back to the fact there is no loading screens and it is ridiculously powerful. I am excited to see what is to come. I do wish they hadn't changed the heatsink, but am happy you can add more storage at your will.

The console is amazing. Period. A shout out to Best Buy for having a process that requires multiple steps before purchasing the console. I tried other major outlets, but they seemed to allow bots purchase them in bulk.

Lucky enough to score a preorder and although I've had a few random crashes with Valhalla (but really was actually expecting some issues out the gate with this being initial release hardware 'n all) I've thoroughly enjoyed the PS5 so far. Love the remote and headphones too. So much quieter than my PS4 was, and downloads happen so much quicker too. Wish the drive was bigger - 667GB usable (I I remember correctly) ..but I really don't play more than 2 titles at a time...so for the moment its not a showstopper.

I haven't gotten any of the new PS5 games yet, but the performance on the PS4 games is excellent and it is backward compatible with the PSVR hardware. The VR games show a major improvement in resolution and framerate.
