Nothing to complain about here! Mostly impressive with the new controller. I was sad they were already moving away from the Dualshock 4, but my goodness the PS5 controller is the best controller I’ve ever used!

Since the March update everything has been running very smooth and I think the greatest benefit from last generation to this is the solid state drive. Games load near-instantly. I am a bit disappointed in lack of 120fps games vs XSX, but moving from 30 -> 60 FPS was a huge leap and makes a huge difference. I can’t imagine the leap from 60 -> 120 is as big of a deal. Backward compatibility with ps4 is nice - lot of good games on sale for ps4. The few ps5 games I’ve played are incredible. Controller is the best for any console. UI is a preference thing but I do prefer Xbox UI. System feels well built, sturdy, premium, and most importantly WHISPER QUIET. Console design is a preference thing. Some folks like it some don’t.

No complaints. Not a fan of how big it is, but it's not a deal breaker. Enjoy playing Demon Souls and spiderman with it. Definitely worth the upgrade from the previous generation.

PlayStation has been and will always be a wonderful system. They never seem to amaze me on how they innovate with the times. This is a great system with awesome graphics. You will love this system for years to come.

I love the PS5. Super fast. Was super easy to buy through Best Buy. I absolutely love it. Going to try to buy another one for my brother when they post them for sale again. Good luck to everyone trying to get one.

PS5 works very well. Only had a little trouble getting the small screw out to hold up the console on the stand. I hope with time more of them will become more available for others to purchase.

The fact that you can play games up to 120hz on a console smoothely for this price is insane. The SSD makes the ps4 look like its 7 years old , which it is. This is the best console and a true definition of next gen.

Once you actually get one. This thing is a beast. Dont need a disk drive since my nephew downloads all of his games. And I have an extra m.2 drive to upgrad space with a screwdriver.

Cleanist console ive ever touched. Slim clean modern. Just some of the few adjectives i can use to describe the tjing. You trally have to try it on ur own to see what this thing can do!

Amazing product. Loading times are cut egremly low compared to previous generation, Controllers feel amazing, only thing i’d like to see is a improvement in the media section with the apps they have to offer.

Amazing next gen system. If you don’t plan on buying disk games this is the system for you. Save $100 vs the standard PS5. Deals can be found on almost any game as long as you don’t need the game on first release.

I love my PS5. It is very beautiful and it is just a wonderful experience overall. Did shut down on me 2 times. People giving negative reviews even before it was released all because they don't have one or cant get one.

PS5 meets all expectations. Was shocked when I was contacted about possibility of purchasing PS5. Expected to have to wait until next summer to get one. Totally Awesome. Thanks Best Buy!!!

Purchased for my husband. He has nothing but good things to say about this system. It's super fast and he also upgraded the internet in our home, so downloading games to this system is not an all day thing.

Sony with their PlayStation brand & console launches have been exceptionally well delivered especially with their 1st & 2nd party games. Having this system be backwards compatible with PS4 is an absolute system seller from the perspective of having an existing PS4 library or missing out on PS4's generation of exclusive games. Certainly the most stand out feature of the PlayStation 5 is the new DualSense controller with haptic feedback and adaptive-resistance triggers. Can't wait for the fresh & exciting ways developers make use of them in future titles. Even though these systems are hard to come by please wait for the systems to be in stock to get the value of the true amount this system is worthy of instead of scalpers ridiculous & outrageous prices.

Best Buy portal has been the easiest to locate a PS5. System technology & UI is quality and easy to use. Controller is best in class in my opinion. This is after having played a friend's new XBOX Series X as well.

People expect some huge leap in graphical performance but that’s not how it works. You’re getting something even closer to PC performance. The UI is faster and cleaner. The over performance for this system is wonderful.

The ps5 is very fun and nice been having it for awhile and it has been very good. I have not had any bad experiences with it yet. The graphics on them are very nice and it’s really good for its price!!!

I purchased my ps5 the night that preorders went live and I didn't have any problems. I picked it up early on launch day and have been playing it daily since. I haven't had any problems with it and am loving it.

m,Just wanna first appreciate the smooth transaction getting the PS5 thanks to BestBuy's scheduled pickup process. Literally nobody was around and I just sat in my car as an associate quickly came out the door with my new console. The console definitely was worth it, especially when I can still continue to play my PS4 games with the limited number of next-gen games available right now. It has some hiccups here and there, like the console or the controller abruptly shutting off until having to restart them. Both of these issues immediately lead to a new update, which seemed to have resolved the issue since I haven't experienced them since. One thing I was surprised about was the noise, considering Sony was so proud of the upgrade in fan noise since the PS4. The console can sometimes get a little loud, especially considering what they've been saying all this time. The optical reader is also loud, but only when first inserting it and occasionally while playing or just on a completely different app like YouTube. I've heard about each console with the chance of having one of two different fans recently, one quieter than the other. That's a huge bummer and I'm hoping I didn't get the louder fan model in this console... but I don't think I did since it hasn't bothered me enough to be my biggest gripe with it. Another issue I have is with the UI in the control center. It's just not as clean and organized as the home page. I don't understand why you have to go all the way to the end of the cart, past all the locked achievements, to look at your recent image or video capture. Why would they be in the same section? As someone who does a lot of photo/video capture, it gets annoying at times. One last thing... WHERE'S MY THEMES?!? There's no customization for the background and UI at the moment, so hopefully, they bring an update to change that. I'm sure there are a lot more small issues I have with the PS5 right now that I'm forgetting, but overall the good outshines the bad vastly. I have no regrets and I'm only excited for how the console will evolve in the future.
