Sony’s PlayStation 5 is amazing! The only thing that was wrong is some buttons on the remote came to us jammed. We did get them to work normally after a few plays but overall the console itself is great.

Awesome gaming system if you’re able to acquire. Ease of pickup at the local Best Buy after online purchase was amazingly easy. And the system itself 5* hands down best system currently.

I was happy to get this PS5 and it works as expected. The ordering process was sort of a pain but not nearly as bad as other sites which have been having issues for a long time.

Hadn’t even tried to buy one over the holidays and this was my first serious attempt. It took until the last minute but I scored my console. They even got it to me two days early can’t complain...

It’s great. It is best console yet. The dual shock controller is a game changer. You have to play the game Astros playroom that comes with the system to see just how awesome this controller can be.

So far excellent console at least spec wise. The downsides Ive noticed are: Communicating with people via the built in mic in the controller is a pain due to a bug that makes game volume very low when doing so. Connecting a 3rd party headset is somewhat tedious depending on the headset. The console itself is extremely bulky for todays standards and isnt always easy to locate due to that size. Good luck acquiring a PS5 before 2022. Otherwise a very good console.

LOVE IT....Sony definitely didn’t disappoint on the new PS5 console! It is so worth the wait & the new graphics are amazing! Can’t wait for more games to be released for this system. Total upgrade!

Bought this as a surprise gift for my brother and he is extremely happy with it. He always thanks me for being able to snag him one after his many attempts since it first came out.

Great console but after owning it for a few months i do miss not having the disc drive. If i could do it again id buy the disc version. Other than that the system works great and runs quiet.

Boy, was this hard to get! The effort was worth it, this was the perfect Christmas gift and has been great. Great product, one of the few times I've really seen a difference between an old and new model.

It's such a nice upgrade from my ps4 and works so well with my new tv. I just wish it came with more storage space. I'm used to having 2TB on my ps4, so I've run out of room quickly on this.

Love the console, but it does not bode well as a 4K UHD player quite yet. I am hoping Sony will release a firmware update allowing compatibility with Dolby Vision and tonemapping for the best cinema experience at home. Games so far have been incredible so it does meet my expectations with regards to being a nextgen game console. I absolutely love the controller too. However, Sony consoles are supposed to be “all-in-the-box” so I’m disappointed that this is a subpar 4K UHD Blu-ray Player.

Sony hit another one out of the park. It has improved upon the PS4 with a great new console and fantastic new controllers. Sony once again shows why its the king of consoles with this fantastic release.

I did it! I bought PS5 Disc edition! Great console, hard to find. My wife wan't happy, because I'm spending all my free time with my precious. Easy to assemble.

The next level in playstation gaming does not disapoint. Graphics and load time are well improved to call this a next gen console. Would love it if it came in all black like previous consoles though

Loving the service Bestbuy gave. Fast and easy pick up, you just sit inside of the car and they would bring it out to you. As for the console, the system really felt quickly compared to the old one.

great new console . the new controller is incredible with haptic feedback. When you get this system, give the included astrobot game a fair chance. Really shows off what the controller is capable of

I noticed a huge difference since I had PS4 previously. The image is beautiful in 4K and the 60fps is amazing, every movement is so smooth. Big thanks to BestBuy! The order process was very easy and there were no problems at all. No bots either thanks to 2-step verification. I picked it up 2-3 days after placing my order. Employees on the BB chat, as well as the store pickup employees, were so friendly and respectable. Answered all my questions and even helped me to change my store pickup location. I tried ordering PS5 since it came out and the first time I tried BestBuy it worked right away. I am very pleased with the customer service I was provided and will continue purchasing from BestBuy in the future.

I absolutely love this beast of a console! The load times and everything else this PS5 is capable of doing is incredible. If you are wanting one and are able to snag one you won’t be sorry!!

Great console. Graphics are AMAZING. Although there aren’t many games for it yet, some games have been “updated” for the PS5 for have better graphics because the game can detect it’s being ran on better hardware. For example, Fortnite and Call of Duty Modern Warfare have better graphics and run much smoother on the PS5 than the PS4. The graphics include better shadows, more polygons in the renderings of the objects, and more. Other things I would like to point out is that the PS5 is very quiet. The design is sleek. And almost everything about it screams “next gen”. The PS5 dashboard on start has a very “crisp” and smooth feel to it with subtle animations and transitions. The only issues I have had with my PS5 is the limited storage space (can be solved by buying an external drive) and wifi connection issues. Wifi issues that I have experienced have been the most frustrating. Whenever I am downloading a large game, wifi seems to cut off after an hour and I have to restart the console to fix the connection and finish the download. After I am done downloading a game, wifi connection seems to be “flakey” and I have to reset my PS5 to fix my wifi connection; even on a game that had nothing to do with a different game that I downloaded. I get roughly 500 mbps download at my house but when I test it on my PS5, I only get about 80 - 100 mbps. Of course this depends on where the PS5 server locations are but I still have connection issues when playing a game or downloading a game for while. Not sure if this is a hardware or software issue. My PS5 has crashed when playing MW2 remastered about 5 times too for some reason... Pros: - sleek design - games run much smoother and look incredible - quiet Cons: - wifi connection issues - limited storage capacity - not many games - minor software glitches
