My Grandson love his PS5, I am very satisfied with my purchase. Graphics are awesome and the long wait to get one was disappointing but the overall deal once we got our order in was so smooth.

Based on the difficulty to get this, I give it 4 stars. The launches were kind of terrible and I barely managed to get one before Christmas as a gift. He loves it. It has had a few issues, including a wifi issue that I’ve heard quite a few others having. So he’s had to play online on his ps4 until that issue is fixed. But the graphics are beautiful as well as the new exclusive games. Overall, it’s a good experience and I’d recommend once they’re easier to come by.

The PlayStation 5 is very nice and smooth! When you first get it out of the box and and let it load up it takes awhile, but after that it’s so much faster and smoother then the the 4

Worth the wait and every penny. This thing is a beast both in size and power. Controller is much better than PS4, the adaptive trigger is probably the coolest feature.

Best Buy came through for me, I was able to secure a PS5 for the holidays. That being said, PS5 is an amazing console, amazing graphics and awesome games, very happy!

recieved it a day late but this system is great. the games that ive played on it so far have been so good and the graphics are excellent. i cant wait to see what more games are coming out in 2021.

Good system the user UI is a good upgrade from the ps4 and the new controller is a experience you have to try for yourself and the games look better and run smoothly well the ones I played so far.

This is very hard to get your hands on right now but with some determination and motivation i got my hands on it haven't had a ps since PS2 and i couldn't be more happy.

I was lucky enough to snag one of these and don’t regret it. I like this more than the new Xbox. The PS5 games look incredible on this console. I can’t wait until there are more native games.

Good Console! Wish it had an expansive library such as the one from Xbox Game Pass, but so far so good. Just waiting for some good exclusive titles to truly show the power of the PS5

The graphics are unmatched. Sometimes it seems as though you are watching a movie. It was definitely worth the wait. We bought a 4K tv to get the full affects of the graphics and they are dope.

Best gaming system yet so far. Performance is great. I have had previous generation ps and find this to be the best yet. Just sorry I had to wait months to finally get a system.

Ps5 with diskdrive works perfect never had any problems works like a charm and pretty quiet hardly ever hear it only wish it had dolby vision when watching movies

Lucky enough to get this. Well worth the price. Offers some nice upgrades, such as a more intuitive display interface and interactive controller features. Game graphics are phenomenal. Loving it!

This is the best system ever made, I highly recommend this to any and every gamer, it’s the best console don’t has ever put out and no other console is better then this!

This is is a great console! Very fast boot and game loading times. Also plays last-generation games with no issues. Graphics look amazing too. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Got to pick it up 3 days early and a hour before the store opened curb side but works great no over heating or any problems but super glad I’m able to get it but the ps4 is still super cool too but the ps5 isn’t necessary if you already have a ps4 pro or what not but if your looking for a ps5 or ps4 I would still recommend ps5 to a new gamer but still a ps4 has a lot to offer but in my opinion I’m happy with the ps5 cuz I don’t have any other console but Xbox is cool too if you decide to go that route but halo is one of my favorite games halo 5 was really great to play but either way ps5 ps4 Xbox you really can’t go wrong what next gen console you choose or have already

Best Gaming console made so far, and looks great on good tvs. I ordered from BB and haven't had any issue whatsoever with my PS5. The load times are insane, definitely worth the money or upgrade.

I decided to get a PS5 to switch back to console gaming. The controller made me pick the PS5 over an Xbox. If you are on the fence, I would pick the PS5. No issues with the system at all.

The ps4 games I've played on this thing look great. I haven't bought any ps5 games yet. It is a shame it is so hard to get one of these, but thanks to Best Buy for making it happen.
