You can't go wrong with either edition of the PlayStation 5. The digital edition is cheaper, but note that you won't be able to watch any DVDs or play disc games that you already own.

PS5 is the best! So much fun, fast loading, great games! I have been playing for 7+ months now and still as excited about it as I was on day 1. Get this machine in your house now!

Omg, I finally landed on one. I've had it for over a month now and I cant stop playing video games. Everything from graphics to sound is perfect! Amazing console!!!!

I bought this console for play Sony exclusives games and some campaign games (Resident Evil Village, etc). I am happy with the performance and the quiet operation of the console.

Love the PS5 now that I finally got one! Graphics are great and the system so much faster than the PS4! Very excited to play through some games on the new console!

A lot of effort went into getting my own and I can safely say that it was well worth it. Every facet of the new system is night and day in comparison to last gen and is totally worth the upgrade.

Great if you can get your hands on it. The high refresh rate capabilities and faster SSD are a huge improvement. To a point where it can start to compete with PC's from a performance standpoint

Needs more storage... have already used the 657 gigabytes. And COD has caused 3 hard resets... the ssd i used for ps4 has caused problems.. it has caused a hard reset.... but I still love it.

I was one of the lucky few to get one around the launch window. Suffice to say, luck plays more into this review than anything, even in 2022. If you're able to get the disc drive console at MSRP, or as part of a bundle, do it. It's backwards compatible with PS4 games, both physical and digital, and can play 4K Blu-Ray movie discs (as well as standard Blu-Ray/DVD movie discs). The only caveat is just having the money and the luck to get one. Please make sure you're able to do so safely these days. Don't buy from a scalper, and good luck.

Excellent!!!!! I didn’t even expect to get this and it was there. So quiet that I had to stop at Best Buy and pick up my new TV and discovered there was a PlayStation five waiting for me.

Love my ps5, great value and the graphics compared to last generation are out of this world. I would definitely recommend it, if you can get your hands on it.

After a year with this. I really like this. I like how you can turn on your tv and sound bar with just turning on the controller. No complaints and glad I bought it.

Absolutely love this system. At first I thought it couldn't be that much better than the PS4 but after purchasing this and playing it, it is definitely an upgrade!

Must get. Sick graphics and fast. Although if you use a LAN cable it will not connect right.

True next gen console. Super fast. Can’t wait for game developers to unlock its full potential. And I have yet to hear the fans turn on. It’s extremely quiet compared to the PS4

Happy I finally able to get one after trying for so long. Only thing to note is you won't be able to play disc games even if it's on extended storage. Also would invest in extend storage.

Great console. Hard to get but when you do get it, it’s amazing. Spiderman on the PS5 is far superior to the PS4 version. I am extremely excited to see what else PlayStation has to offer.

This was a very hard to get item. So was the opportunity presented itself I was a happy camper. This is a xmas gift so I have open the box. I can’t really rate it yet.
