Love the load times, hate the HD space. Need a good amount of open air so it has space to breath

The controller is game changing! Potentially too good where it can get a little distracting. I might actually turn it down. I don’t think this product really needs a review. It’s pretty amazing.

Perfect gaming console. Love the look and the easy user interface. Switching between games is made so convenient and load times are minimal. Only problem I had was the controller experienced stick drift and I’m only about two months in. Hopefully it was just a bad item and won't be an ongoing problem. Other than that I'd highly recommend getting one if you can.

Great experience purchasing this from BB. We had an issue with the first console (clearly defective) and they were very attentive on getting it switched out with another despite the shortage of them. What a great upgrade from the PS4....graphics are awesome.

So glad I finally got a PS5. Can’t wait for more games to come out for it. Waited a year, then finally caught them in stock. So Stoked. It plays smooth as silk.

The product seemed expensive but after actually making use of it! The buy was by far worth more then the cost. Graphics are amazing! Tito ally upgraded from the ps4! Sony never lets me down

This is an excellent, high performing console. The updated UI and DualSense controller really help make the PS5 feel next gen. If you are a fan of console gaming you can’t go wrong here.

Great upgrade from the PS4! I didnt have many games for it so I went with the digital version. Such great performance and Spiderman plays great on here. Just good luck getting one right now.

Is it worth $500? YES! But you need to have the right TV to really get the best picture and appreciate the graphics. I only wish they had a few more games to pick from, but that will come soon.

The DualShock controller is revolutionary. There's hardly loading screens on video games anymore. I'm looking forward to getting more exclusives and really seeing what this thing is capable of!

Started with a PS4 slim so this was a nice improvement. Stunning graphics, and awesome loading times, not much to complain about, aside from saying that i miss the custom themes.

Purchased for my 15 year old son after manny failed attempts to secure this one, but have to admit he loves this console! It’s huge compared the last generation, but as long as he’s happy..

Excellent console. Lightning fast boot up and load times. Very ergonomic controller. Compared to ps4 pro you can feel the difference in every single detail. This console feels like next gen.

I surprised my son with the new PS5 after letting him know I couldn't find one for Christmas. My son was so excited and he loves it. He's played it everyday since and said it's the best yet.

Very happy I was able to get one of these for Christmas. The controller is fantastic! Don’t know why to looks like anything but a PlayStation. But it’s powerful and plays great! Very happy!

I finally got my hands on one and it's just fantastic. Cant wait to play ps5 games on it to really see what it does. I'm currently finishing a ps4 game.
