This is a beuautiful looking machine and so far has run completely fine (excpetion of Cold War completely shutting the console off) but everything else has been running flawlessly.

Good upgrade over the ps4 load times are very fast. Coming from pc gaming it is nice to finally have high framerates on the PlayStation exclusives. at 399 it can't be beat.

Love this game system !! Great Graphics and games! I only buy my game systems now at Best Buy because of the total tech protection on them. Def recommend

i was able to get the console less than a week after purchase. Easily walked into the store and picked up with my identification. Best believe i went straight home to plug it up !

Took a star off because the pre order process on the first. Igor was ridiculous. That said it’s an excellent system and the graphics look next gen such as the most recent updates done on Spider-Man: Miles Morales. I got the disk model as I have a lot of PS4 games I wanted to play on it as well as 4K and normal blu ray movies. Dual Sense Controller is more comfortable than it looks at first. Headphone jack super convenient. Recommended

Got the PS5 on release date. To say the least, I love the console and it’s performance thus far. I am a hardcore gamer and enjoy the new graphics and gameplay. Thank you Best Buy :)

It's a great game system for me and my family. There are games for all level of gamers. They make setting up the system very easy. All around it's been great for the family.

I was lucky enough to secure a console on release date! I have not been disappointed. Such a fun system to play. Download and uploads super quick. The graphics are sick! I love it!!

Sony does it again with their latest platform. It's no longer Sony Vs Microsoft, all systems are great and you should pick up whichever your friends play the most on.

I really wanted to get a ps5 and best buy did a really good job of giving everyone a change to cop. I EASILY copped and I am now enjoying it very much and it was easy to pickup

Great console if you can get it! Runs extremely smoothly on PS5 games and the disc-edition can also play your PS4 discs.

This was so hard to get, but once I did, I've been thrilled. It's just a great product, as we expect from Sony. The graphics are just amazing. It's everything we'd hoped.

Love this console. Its easy to use and love that I can just purchase games through the store and dont have to insert any disk.

Way faster than the ps4, loads the game super fast, was getting annoyed with the ps4 loading the games so slow mainly warzone. Glad I was lucky to get a ps5 too

Love that I was able to preorder!!! The console by far is the best console ever!! I love the look I love the graphics on my monitor that I bought from Best Buy! Do not regret it!!

A lot of fun. It's exactly what I was expecting from the next generation of console gaming. Now the wait for better games begin. The only complaint I have is just how large it is.

So far the PS5 is meeting up to its expectations, still early though since gameplay is first gen games. Hopefully this system and the video games do what they say a year from now.
