Such an upgrade! Just way too hard to get lol. The DualSense controller definitely makes the PS5 the winner of this consoler war.

The best console out there. It definitely it's an upgrade from the ps4 pro. The new dualsense controller is something you gotta try.

Great console. Everything else is moving to digital downloads so not having a disc drive isn't a problem for me at all.

I’ve enjoyed my PS5 since just after launch and was able to purchase another one this past summer for my kids. Very good console with a strong library of games. Games still need to be developed that can adequately use all of the tech in this system so I won’t fault the console for that, but it may be awhile before developers are able to leverage consistent 4K/120fps with r/t enabled.

Great to finally have it. Took a long time. No issues with lockup or anything. Find it much quieter then its predecessors

Way faster than the PS4. The UI is quick, clean and fast. Gone are the days of waiting for your games to copy after downloading.

Im so happy with my purchase. Finally got it and it lives up to the hype. Only downside is not many games to play on it for now

I can't believe I got one of these. Thanks Best Buy for being the only retailer that I've seen that has defeated bots in some small way. I'm sure they will write scripts to get around it, but your website is the reason I have a PS5 on my TV stand, and I couldn't be happier with it. I hope the protection plans are still as good as when I had a PS4, no downtime and swaps if my console breaks are a must have. Obviously assuming if something bad happens will be in 2nd year, and PS5's won't be bot tastic anymore by then.

A great purchase if you can find one. Doesn't come with a disc drive so playing used games is not possible.

I never thought next gen videogames would look as good as they do. Playing games in 60 fps is a completely different experience.

It was a struggle to get it but it was worth it. Sony has another great console. I'm excited to see what the future holds for it.
