Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Actually buying the ps5 was a bit of a sweatfest as i had to keep selecting different best buy’s until it was shown that they were available in my area but once my purchase was complete best buy kept me notified on my orders timeline and it was even available a day early for pick up. overall i was satisfied with both the console and the customer service.
