Went home and it unboxes really easily, very straightforward. Setup was just as easy, with a little confusion on the stand-up base, but overall easy. Turned on the console and it downloaded Warzone quickly, I was in game within a couple hours of pickup. Love it!

Most annoying thing is having limited space and having to download and remove games because I'm running out of space already and I only have three games. Even if you have the disc version you still have to download the game onto the drive, the disc only serves as a license so if you have multiple games you like to play you have to remove them off your memory space on the disk drive and add them back on when you're ready to play.
