Product is amazing. Was looking for one for a while but couldn’t manage to get one but once I downloaded the Best Buy and checked daily and it payed off. The stall pick up worked really well. I liked that the worker made sure it was actually me by checking my number I got for my order. I use the product everyday.

Great next gen console if you're team Playstation. Checks all the boxes for the hot new features and the new DualShock controller feels amazing in hand. Significant improvement from previous PS controllers. Thank you to Best Buy and their queue system that will actually allow you to cop one of these hard to hit consoles!

Loading times are cut down compared to the ps4. I don't care for the haptic feedback in the controllers but the battery life is nice. The disc drive can get a bit noisy but turns off after a while. I'm guessing hard drive space will be a problem in the future but we'll deal with that once the problem arises.

This was the only place I could get a PlayStation 5. I’ve spent hours on walmart.com Costco GameStop target all had very inadequate systems to handle large traffic except Best Buy. It wasn’t an easy process to get and save the item to my cart and checkout at the same time but I had a better experience here than anywhere else

I was super happy with Best Buy's setup for ordering a PlayStation 5 as other retailers sold out very quickly. The product was in great condition and runs games beautifully (so far just Bloodborne and Demon Souls), and I look forward to more gaming experiences. No problems so far with the console!

What's not to like? Other than it taking forever and a day to get my hands on one, I was happy as can be once I finally got it. Beautiful picture, amazing gameplay, and the biggest eyesore on my TV stand! Seriously, other than the physical appearance of this console, there is nothing to dislike.
