Great console, but more importantly, it took 4-5 weeks of joining queues, tracking releases, and signing up for memberships like Prime and the GameStop membership. As soon as Best Buy finally did restock, I got one in the first wave

Finally got our hands on the PS5. Gave it to my grandson and he was ecstatic. I don’t know much beyond Pong & Atari, so he was explaining it as he was setting it up. Cool graphics and fun to play. And the fact that he can use his PS4 games on it was a major plus.

One million times better then xbox lol............

The console is amazing! Long gone are the days of the jet engine sounding playstaion 4 and heat so hot it covered your room. The ps5 not only solves the thermals but upgraded every component. Will say its a pretty big boy, so be sure you’ve got a spot big enough to fit it. A must buy.

Best video game console ever. No more listening to my console's fan sounding like a jet engine while I am gaming. My ps4 pro is going into storage now. The PS5 is quiet as a mouse while playing games on it. So to any ps4 pro owners, you can be used to playing games without ever hearing your console fan running.

This integrated into our home system very easily. I would recommend getting the headset and the PlayStation remote. We have a Samsung Curved LED TV, a Sonos Playbar, and an Xbox Series X. This connected easy and the PlayStation remote was able to turn off and on the TV while controlling the volume on the Sonos.

The Playstation 5 is a great buy. It has all the things the Playstation 4 has and a whole lot more. One of the best things i enjoy is the dual sense controllers. You really feel big difference on how they feel when you play certain games. Overall I am very happy with the Playstation 5 and I would recommend it to others.

Unbelievably fast load speeds and games look great

Besides the fact that this console runs all PS4 and PS5 games beautifully (with the exception of Cyberpunk 2077), its' aesthetics just brightens up your living space. The PS5 sales via Best Buy online is the easiest out of all the other major retailers especially after the new year. Best Buy truly is the best buy.

Performs exactly as Sony said it would. The interface on the home screen takes some getting use to but is functional. The system runs the games with ease with near non-existant load times ones gameplay starts. The ps collection has a really good selection of ps4 games for free to play day one if you do not have a game.

Worth the wait!!!! I have nothing else to say here besides don't give up and follow twitter accounts to know the exact minute a restock happens. I got mine purely because of tweet notifications and make sure you use the app for whatever store it is Best buy Target Walmart make sure u have the app. GOOD LUCK

This was the perfect graduation present for my son! He was super excited to receive it and Best Buy made it easy for me to purchase this since it has been so tough to buy it from other retail stores. Thank you so much Best Buy for the 10/10 customer service when I went to pick it up in the store!

Amazing console! I have been using my PS5 since release and have not had any issue at all. It is silent while running and game I've played so far. I wish there was more storage space on the HDD but I've been able to work around that. If you can find one, get one, and you won't be disappointed.

Took me 11 days straight to try and get this when it came out, but it was definitely worth it. Spider-Man Miles Morales, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima all look unbelievable in 4k 60fps. Haven't used it as of late but will definitely be using it once more games come out.

Extremely pleased with the console. Bought it online and was in my door three days later. Everything works perfectly and the games look spectacular. One of the happiest moment this year by far. I can’t wait for all the other new games to be released that the new god of war, ratchet and clank and Gran Turismo.

Before I got this, I was using two PS2s and a PS1 linked together. It worked pretty good, but it really wasn't giving me the refresh rate I was looking for. This was a great alternative to that, but not much of a space saver. I had to put an addition on my living room just to fit this bad lad inside.

Great console. Never any problems. Fans noticeably quieter than the ps4. It stands tall at about 1.5 times the size of a ps4, so make sure you have room if you plan on standing it upright. New Controller features are pretty cool as well (Built in speaker and mic) as well as haptic feedback throughout the controller.

Best console yet. Haptics are absolutely game changing. It truly feels like your are walking over different forms of obstacles. As with any new console, games are slim currently. That will definitely change next year with horizon and God of war. Currently though Spidey and demon's souls make this the console to buy.

Had to deal with a couple of system bugs that were quickly fixed with a software update just days after launch. I was expecting such with a launch day console so it had no impact on my rating as the console now performs perfectly with all the great visuals and fastest load times I've ever seen in gaming on console.

Awesome system - great graphics and games, 4K and Blu-ray player included. The controllers might be the most impressive part. It is compatible with PS4 games. Sadly, it is not compatible with PS3, PS2, or original PS games. And the price tag is ridiculously high. But it’s a great system for our entire family.
