It's an awesome gaming console that works great as described. The curbside pick up service was a very smooth process. I haven't had any issues with this PS5 console at all. It transferred my PS4 games to the PS5 flawlessly. I have not had any issues with playing CyberPunk 2077 on it. Great value for the money.

Super easy pickup, great system, and even better experience. Having a ps4 since launch I can gladly say changing systems was a wise decision. Not that there was anything wrong with my ps4 but the overall experience on a ps5 makes you want to enjoy it and use it to its full potential.

Waited for over 6 months to get my hands on it and it did not disappoint. My last PlayStation was the ps2 lol and playing on the ps5 felt like going back in time with obviously today’s technology upgrade. So far I love the ps5 with about 6 weeks of playing it. Will update in a few months.

Amazing console, wish we had our own version of Game Pass. If you want high quality exclusive games (in the future) go for the PS5. Series X will have them too but PS5 has already mastered that art. If you want great backward compatibility with MOST games Series X is where it is at.

Console works great! I was in my first period class and i was able to purchase it. Im everything was slow because of how many people where in the app but i was to get. My ps5 still working fine would recommend. I would suggest joining a cool group to know when retailers restock to have a chance to grab one.

The PS5 is an excellent piece of hardware for this console generation. The SSD is a game changer for load times in games, and the triggers on the new controller is one of the most interesting advancements in this console generation. Hope more people can get it in their hands soon!

Amazing experience. I own the PS5 Disc version and the Series X. PS5 has usb-c ports, an amazingly easy to use interface, exclusives, and a lag free experience front to back. Things the Series X lacks. Used to be an Xbox guy. Now I’m contemplating selling it because... what exactly do I need it for? Yea.

What can I say, the PS5 is a great console! It plays game at a smooth 60 fps (on performance mode in games) which of course levels up the experience of the game. And the loading times are non-existent with how quick they load and you're into the game. 10/10

Amazing service! Order online and picked up in store. My Husband was beyond shocked that I was even able to get my hands on one! He’s very satisfied with his PS5 and says the new features in the controller make the game experience feel like he’s actually in the game pulling triggers. Lol

Best console I've ever owned. I had never owned a playstation until the PS5, and needless to say I'm beyond pleased. I obviously got lucky and was able to pick one up before they became impossible to find, but if you can get one, do it. You won't regret it.

For being a lanch system, i have had no complaints. System boots up with quickness. Games load by the snap of a finger. I chose to have mines sit sideways in a entertainment center as opposed to standing up. It is massive in size so keep that in mind. Makes the ps4 look like a slim pro. would reccomend 10/10

Plays all my old PS4 games and new games alike. System is huge though, like colossally huge, so make sure you have room for it. Super fast loading times when game is installed on internal drive. Wish the system was flat though instead of curved lines. I guess they can add that in the next model.

Awesome graphics. Fast loading times. In need of an update due to sound issues at start up. Sometimes I get no sound when starting a game for the first time. Not that big of an issue.

Def should of pre ordered if you wanted one lol but like anything just be PATIENT and you will get for retail. Is it worth $400-$500 YES but is it worth 1k-2k NO it's not some ground breaking thing to have that would make you lose your mind for. It's a great system but you can wait a few months to have trust me.

Was able to log in to app on my phone was able to get the PS5 into my cart and checked out within 5 minutes total. Fairly easy. Item showed up one day before the expected arrival date too. Item was in good condition when I picked it up and the final check out process was easy as well.

Just as good as the Disk Version without the disk tray. Unfortunately both versions are hard to get, and I think the digital is even tougher. As games continue to move more towards digital downloads, this isn't a bad choice over the disk version, and its $100 cheaper. Buy whatever you can find.

I enjoy console gaming and, while not alot of ps5 games are out there, i still enjoyed my purchase. Boot times are super fast and love using ray tracing when available on games. However, i really am disappointed on the lack of games for the console. Sony needs to up their game on this.

Was finally able to find one of these and super glad we were able to get this for the actual market price and not the 700 prices some ppl were selling them outside of bestbuy. SMDH ridiculous how ppl like to take advantage of others.

This console is amazing to say the least. I was extremely lucky to get one with COVID, the bots and everything else affecting the release of this beautiful console. This iteration of the PlayStation is leaps and bounds ahead of the previous generations. If you get the chance, definitely recommend picking up!
