The PS5 has run beautifully and so intelligently from what I've experienced. The set up was of course easy and fast. The new UI is smooth and I definitely like it more than the old one on the PS4. The Dualsense Controller is AMAZING.

Thank you yet again Best Buy! 3 out of 5 Playstation I've had are thru these guys. And yes the system itself is sick. Gorgeously looking andthe UX is silky smooth. Yes there are issues with the bugs but that was to be expected. Cheers to the dawn of a new era and generation of gaming to all!

Besides not having the internal expansion, there are still bugs for external expansion. I’m loving the console, but don’t recommend it for children or less tech savvy folks yet. As an early adopter I expect some bugs, but if you aren’t prepped for that reality hold off a couple more months.

It's a PS5, does it require more information than this? If you can get one, lucky for you, it definitely won't be because of Best Buys quality queue system (sarcasm) which is the biggest pile of garbage code I've ever witnessed in 30 years of tech.

Was able to pre-order this and got it on launch date. Been amazing so far, no issues. Love not having to worry about disc clutter and can just turn on the PS5 and play right away. Constant game sales in the playstation store makes it easy to get great games at low prices.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME. THIS IS A GREAT BUY EVEN IF IT TURNS OUT TO NEED MULTIPLE UPDATES. Looking at how hard it was to get this console version makes it the buy of the year and it’s only JANUARY. My family will benefit just from NOT having to search anymore and it from our store BestBuy

FINALLY!!!! if you're into the digital era, this is for you. No disc, nothing, however you will need an external HD. Games will fill that space up quickly lol. However, it is slimmer than the PS5 disc and it's also quiet. Worth it, hopefully you can grab one soon.

Love the great design and the cool color, looks so neat and nice. it run great, have so much great fun with it. everybody love the new Sony Playstation 5. Run great, and have 1TB.

Not so many games as of right now. If you are planning to buy one, wait for another 2-5 months. But good replacement for computer. (I tired of having hassle with constantly cleaning it up) Wanted something chill, even-though it's more expensive in terms of games.

Greatest console I have ever owned. It had it's issues at launch but they are all worked out now. The exclusives are all so good that 70% of my top 10 list is all ps exclusives. And it runs games a lot better than my 1k pc. Very good system for a very good price.

I get it. It’s powerful, fast, and new. But there are no games!!! It does make some older games look better but in the end does it really matter that much!?Games make the console! I’m sure I will update this review once more games come out but so far there is just nothing worth mentioning. It had ONE launch title and even that was a remake. I’ve had no hardware issues to speak of though, so that’s good. For now if you have a ps4 I wouldn’t rush out and try to find this still elusive console. Stick with what you got for now.

I purchased a Playstation 5 in January 2021. Purchased the geek squad protection plan. Exactly 13 months after purchasing the ps5 it started overheating and shutting down. I went to have it fixed being i had the 2 yesr protection plan. Best buy says they can't source the parts to fix it ,they dont have another in stock to exchange it. So in my opinion, i should've been refunded. Instead, i was given a Best buy card and now i have to stay online waiting and hoping. Meanwhile, my kids xmas gift from 2 years ago almost, was ripped away and now theres no telling when ill be able to get another. If i had been refunded, i would've had a much better chance of scoring one because i could've used target, Wal-Mart, Playstation site..but instead i have to hope for the best buy..sigh..

The Playstation5 is second only to the XBox Series X in gaming supremacy. They're practically the same but the Xbox has Game Pass Ultimate going for it. Otherwise, the PS5 is an excellent choice and is actually more popular. I think it comes down to whether or not you want to look cool, or have the best product. Kind of like Metallica vs. Megadeth. Metallica is more popular and has by far sold the most albums but Megadeth is the superior and more talented and technical band. If you want to be trendy, get the PS5 but if you want the best gaming experience, go with the Series X.

Very powerful console, plus the dualsense adaptive trigger really makes you feel next gen. Wish there were more PS5 games available at launch and a ready m.2 expansion. Overall, very happy with it, not as powerful as a tower pc obviously but you can’t beat 500 bucks.

Its a ps5. Ive been trying to get one for months and finally got lucky. Bestbuy has the best system for getting these hands down. One bug negative about the ps5 software. No more themes :( and games are kinda light right now. Not about to drag myself across glass to play demons souls.

Finally got one!! Took forever and was bottled to all hell but Best Buy came thru and I was able to snag one for myself. Def get yourself an M.2 while you’re add it (with heat sink) to upgrade your storage!

This is NEXT GEN. The console is large and was hard to make space for it lol. You get many free PS4 game if you have a Plus account. Needs more colors. Black one please and thanks you.

Bought one of several in stock. Thank you for the great customer service. This is my second PS5 from the same location. I bought my son one for Christmas last year and finally upgraded from my PS4 Pro to the PS5.

Been LOVING it so far. A few hiccups here and there but it's a newly released console, it's bound to happen. I will say though that it's a little louder than I expected it to be but honestly I don't even realize it unless I pay attention. I should give it a 4 but nah, worthy of a 5 too.

The PS5 is a sold console. I do feel line its a slight upgrade from the PS4 Pro. Most of the games that support 120 hz has to be rendered in 1080p which for a next gen console is crazy. Also, not many games are 4K 60 fps either. I hope the wave of games get better support.
