First off, Best Buy made it really easy to get a PS5. The queue allowed for easy grabbing. The product really shows its worth, even though I don’t personally own a 4K TV. The loading times are very noticeable, taking only around 10-30 seconds to load into my favorite games

I love it and I'm so glad I was able to get one through Best Buy. They have amazing bot protection so anytime they drop on the site you have a better chance of obtaining one than going through other stores. It's an amazing new Generation council! Everyone needs to get one!!

What can I say hey I finally got one. Definitely sign up for a Totaltech membership if you haven't already. I would randomly check for availability and this time it said join virtual line. 10 mins later i had purchased a PS5.

Overall great product. Exactly what you would hope for in graphical power, control, and exclusive titles. Minor downside is the internal storage is a big on the light side but this can be easily fixed with an external usb storage. Highly recommended.

The best PlayStation yet. My downstairs neighbor with the mole is super jelly. He can't escape the horrible reality of living in this Hollywood apartment building by plugging in his VR headset like me. I can't wait until they build a ADULTS ONLY VR game!!!

I was one of the lucky ones to get this after waking up early and placing my order online.. the process was flawless. So far the PS5 console has been a great addition to my home theater. The hand shake between it and my Denon AVR along with my LG C9 have been problem free.

Best gaming console I have ever owned. Only complaint is that in order to get 120FPS you must have a TV or Monitor with HDMI 2.1 and as of right now there are no monitors that run 120FPS with HDMI 2.1 and TV's that offer this are way to expensive at the moment.

This is my first console. I have been a PC gamer, I feel like the technology is at a point where there is a very minor distinction in terms of visual quality with regards to a PC and a console this time around, and considering what we get for 500, its value is just unbeatable.

PS5 is a very good console, and while it may not have the same big services as Microsoft, the exclusives are fun. Can't go wrong with either one. I have a PS4 so it's nice to be able to play my old games still with this.

Great next gen console. Got the disc drive version. Fun games and the controller is amazingly interactive. The only complaint would be the memory available. Fills up really fast.

It's quite the good console but understand you are essentially a beta tester. It's going to have glitches and issues but they are always covered and taken care of by Sony. It's when it works that it's something so lovely and sweet that all the issues fall back and you enjoy it

Sorry I'm not returning texts, loading screens are a thing of the past now. Besides that, this thing is HUGE and takes up more space than I thought it would. The base is clever and I love the controller though I think Sony missed the mark with no "Pro-style" back buttons.

Thank you Best Buy for suggesting the total tech, we have been elite plus members for years and this program was a blessing because I was able to purchase a PS5 that has been sold out for months. This is the only gift the boys are asking for.

New Console new era! I love my PS5 its like updating your computer with new hardware. Everything loads faster and many games got an upgrade to higher FPS. Biggest complaints so far is launch titles.. many of which are months away. Also the internal drive is pretty small.

I haven't even started it up yet, but I know I will love it. I've been a Playstation fan since 2005. I got it as a Birthday gift from my Mom whom I can't thank enough for having in my life. This is one of the best birthday gifts anyone can ever get, regardless of age.

Finally was able to get one! I refused to pay scalpers, they are scum and it would be awesome if no one would buy from them so the whole scalping systems will end. So after a long wait im ecstatic to get my hands on one at msrp!

Powerful console but a notable lack of games designed for the system. Lots of UX issues as well. Awesome controller though and optimized games look and play incredible.

If you can get your hands on one then its endless of fun once they start releasing more games in the future but at the moment not many triple A games. Although you can download your PSN games bought previous on the PS4 and play. The look is sleek and futuristic. Great UI

Incredible system, with so many exclusives to enjoy throughout the holidays! Can't wait to see what the next handful of years will look like as developers learn to fully take advantage of the hardware's capabilities!

Exceptional graphics on this next gen system. If you have a 4k tv you can tell the difference in picture quality on not only your games but also your apps like YouTube. The graphics on Miles Morales Spiderman are unreal. It's amazing to see how far console gaming has come.
