Best Buy is the only place that I will buy any of my future electronic items from I have the total tech membership and I get discounts on just about everything plus extended warranties on my purchases like my PlayStation 5

Awesome system has a few little issues as all new products do overall it’s a great system and with the wait! But would suggest not using Best Buy’s coverage plan I’ve been waiting for a replacement controller for a couple months now! Claim was on November 27th

I bought it mainly to watch 4K movies. We all know the PS5 currently doesn't have any games (lol) but is a great source of multimedia. The menu is a bit confusing, specially when compared to the PS4, which there was no need to change.

Overall has been awesome! The controller is cool. Games perform good and easy access to media apps. My only complaint is I can't place mine vertically without it making a loud noise while running, but it's quiet and works fine when positioned horizontally.

I never write reviews but writing this as a big shoutout to the staff at Best Buy Hawai’i Honolulu on Alakawa Street. Huge line to pick up ps5 and the staff was working tirelessly and got us out of there in no time. Definitely went above and beyond. Enjoying my ps5

I like the system a lot I just wish I could expand the storage already. Not having the disk drive makes it hard because I can’t have all the games I want on there.

Great system. I thoroughly enjoy it. There has been a few blue screen errors but sadly I expected that. I’ve been really having fun with this super powerful console.

Love the PlayStation 5, from playing alone to playing with friends is always fun. Games load up quickly and very fast processing with dope controller feedback when playing ps5 games. Wish the microphone on controller was better but nonetheless nice controller.

Ahhh-mazing! Been a solid Playstation console owner for many years and been dying to get this one for a year and half now.. Not only me whose very happy but also my husband and kids as we play together with an rpg games.

The digital version of the ps5 is definitely a good value compared to the disc. Given that almost all my games are purchased online and I rarely by discs I couldn't be any happier. Additionally Best buy makes the online buying process so smooth. Love it!!!

I can't recommend this product enough! It's a big step up from the previous PS consoles. Loading time has been greatly reduced and the picture quality is amazing. It may be difficult to get your hands on but it is definitely worth it!

This console is amazing! It has truly opened up a new era of console gamingl From the high quality 4k gaming, to now possible 120hz speeds, this console rocks! Also can double as a great 4k UHD Bluray player for watching new releases in the best quality.

Looks great, fits my center perfectly. Virtually silent machine! Cyberpunk has crashed several times, but that’s not on the PS5. Other PS4 games play infinite times better, with little to no load times!

I love it bought it twice first time canceled transaction as soon as I purchased cause I could not come to paying that much for it. Then regretted it so I did buy again and I am very glad I did as I love it I only play about 2 times a week but it’s fun when I do.

While there is not a lot of next gen game’s available yet this new system is definitely a huge improvement over the last ones. Only thing missing is next gen games.

The best console out there. Just wish it had more storage space. Only holds about 5 or 6 games before you have to start deleting games.

Have both PS5 and XBOX series X but the PS5 definitely is more fun. Not technical enough to really be the judge that either one is any better than the other. My suggestion is to buy what you like for the games and currently PS5 has some great titles.

New console runs fantastic. Games that normally suffer framerate issues run smoothly. New interface is innovative and seemless. Console definitely shows superiority and I have had 0 problems with mine as a day1 console. Shipping was alright, but safe nonethelesa.
