Bestbuy has a great in-line check out system for buying PS5’s and I was able to get 10 minutes to check out. Just don’t pick up from Industry, CA. Management not so friendly and the team also shows from leadership.

Only game it 4 stars due to a couple of crashes and that should be fixed w/ system updates. Overall an excellent next-Gen console with great games (Miles Morales)!

Took a little while to get here and was a little dirty but it works perfect, is there anyone you guys could send me another ps5 for my son I will pay regular price.

The next generation is here with this one ! I have the Series X and the controllers on the Playstation are waaaaaay better than the Series X. I'd still recommend getting both at some point this gen, but I'd get the Playstation 5 first because of it's innovation.

The Best 9th Gen system that money can buy! If you can only afford to buy one system, playstation is what you wanna get. The exclusive titles for the system makes a case for themselves. Best gaming system hands down!!!

The Playstation works as expected. The waiting and ordering process is horrible. Please create a better system to have enough stock.

great next gen console. it is more quiet than ps4 but not silent. games look awesome though and perform smoothly, however some next gen titles are still 30 fps.

Once I managed to get it in my cart and finish the order everything was smooth. The ps5 arrived at my local bestbuy in a little under a week and it was nice and easy to just drive up and have it put in the back seat. Once set up the system is lovely

Got my console today. So happy it came a day earlier and managed to play and stay in on a Saturday night. Staff was really friendly and made sure service was well given.

It may be hard to get one of these at the time of this writing but heres the main thing you need to know. 2 games that are what youll be playing which is Miles Morales and the packed in Astros Playroom are amazing, but the system itself isnt stable, it crashes alot, and Call of Duty Cold War even does this to the point where people are reporting it bricking their systems (same on the xbox side of things). So I dont see a problem with waiting to late Winter or Early spring to get one when games like CyberPunk 2077 get patched to fully utilize the systems power and fix all the major launch bugs!

My boyfriend wanted the PS5 and I tried so long to get it and BestBuy finally had them in stock. Works great. Very easy to use if you are used to playing play stations. If you are an Xbox person it takes a little while to get used to.

Had been waiting for nearly two years to get my hand on a new PlayStation 5 console. I just happened to walk into Best Buy when they had just got a shipment in. Couldn't be happier!

Bought it as a gift but made sure I got to check it out. I was under the wrong impression that it was going to play ALL playstation games from the beginning but I may have remembered the rumor and not the press release. I waited forever for it.. so far its a PS4 on steroids. The thing hasn't truly wowed me but maybe because I dont care about the light features like some may. The multitude of rats in the Plague Tale game is impressive though!!! They don't yet have the games I would want to play yet but It's worth getting but keep your previous systems.

It's big and it runs quiet which are great, but there is nothing really to play on it that's worth a dang.....makes for a great PS4 Pro Pro though

Love this console. It functions perfectly as a gaming console. The load time is blazing fast. I also use it as a home entertainment unit. It has all the apps. I wish the ssd would have been 2 tb instead, but I guess with this pricepoint that is impoosible.

Finally managed to get one in the cart and actually check out. AMAZING. Took some doing, but worth it. Great system, no complaints other than the husband has taken it over. Now I'm just on the hunt for the dual charging station ... wish me luck.

Although it is difficult to get it is so worth the price tag. I play on it almost every day and I don't get bored. It is important to upgrade your monitor to at least 120 HZ that way you can truly enjoy this beautiful piece of technology.

This was really hard to buy, but I'm glad it eventually worked out. The online ordering process screwed me a few times and I lost it when entering payment info. Having the app open on multiple devices was my saving grace.
