My son absolutely loves the PS5. He’s kinda young but he loves video games and only has ever had a switch before. The day we picked it up he was laughing so much from excitement. It’s also good to connect with his family to play online games with.

A welcome addition to the console family, but the missing disc capability does leave something to be desired.

I mean it's a Playstation 5.. Of course it's great. At the rate these are selling out it took 5 months after release to get it but it was worth every try when restocks happened. Finally got lucky with Best Buy here and couldn't be happier!

The console is awesome. Maybe I am fortunate or lucky, but I haven't had any of the major issues that have plagued some other early adopters' consoles. My delivery from Best Buy was late by a couple days, but other than that, I'm enjoying it so far.

The PlayStation 5 has exceeded my expectations thus far as both a gaming and media console. Paired along with my Vizio OLED t.v. I also purchased from Best Buy. This has certainly helped to make time spent at home this holiday season more enjoyable.

We got our ps5 fairly quickly after ordering. The service in picking it up was awesome and once I brought it home - noticeable difference from previous models! Hubby loves it and I can't wait to play it! Perfect gift!

Overall a great product. Mine seems to be a little loud when a disc is in even when I'm not playing the disc game. Other than that it hasn't had any issues.

what a powerhouse of a system. Sony brought it's "A" game when they reimaged the Playstation next generation. The framerate really make the PS4 games really shine. I 'm playing Days Gone all over again. It's that impressive.

I’m loving my Ps5, I’m so thankful I was able to get it, the PS5 games look so amazing & the controller makes it so much more comfortable to game. It’s also the best time to play your PS4 games on the Ps5 so you get the best experience possible!

Best launch console I've ever purchased. Great support and innovation with the new dual sense. Great library of games and probably the best launch line-up of games of any release even if not mind-blowing. Recommend 10/10 if you can somehow secure one.

I’ve been a PlayStation fan for years now, and I’m more than impressed with the PS5. Glad I got my preorder in while I could, had it since day one, had some bugs at first but they already updated and patched all of them so it’s perfect now. I love it!

It’s a great game machine but, it’s an ugly monstrous console. Lol. It’s bigger then you think it is. Plays games great though.

I was so happy that I was able to get my order. My son has been pleased with it so far. I also liked the way Best Buy kept me informed about my order and when it would arrive. It even arrived early. Curb side pickup made it even better and easier.

Excellent produt. Excellent quality from Sony. I've been playing all week with no issues. Thank you for the amazin product and hopefully everyone and get their hands on the new Playstation system. Don't give up since they drop weekly.

This console is a must have. The Dualsense is probably the most comfortable controller I ever used and does feel next gen. The PS5 has some great games already available so if you see thing, you must buy it. (Unless it’s from a scalper)

Omg my son wanted this game so bad...i stayed up and was able to get one with bestbuy . Game was available for pick up in the store within a few days . my son loves it and I’m happy the search for a PS5 is over.. the game console itself is amazing

Our household cut the cord in 2017 and this system has become a one stop shop for all of our needs. We connected it to the main TV in our living room and its used for games, shows, movies, and streaming. It is worth every penny!
