This console is very solid and the game line up is pretty good. I have had this system for half a year now and the only issue i have is controller drift which doesn't even have anything to do with the console its self

I love the PS5 I also own the Xbox Series X. Both are great machines and both are incredible. One is not better than the other, it really comes down to the type of games you like.

Can't wait for Christmas day!!! The ps5 is a gift for my daughters' family. It was on their WISH LIST! As hard as the PlayStation 5 is to get, I don't need to worry that they might get one. I'm a happy grandma.

Amazing console. Can’t complain about anything honestly but there’s two things i really wish Sony had incorporated at launch. One being 1440p support and the other being ssd expansion from the beginning. Hopefully Sony can get that to us ASAP.

Other then the high demand of the console it took me 3 hours to preorder the night was able to, other than that I love the PS5, also best buy did a great job making sure in advance when I was coming to get it and setting up time to receive it!

worth every penny. amazing overall system. really love the dual sense controller fits in the hand really well and I have bigger hands some of the last-gen controllers didn't really fit my hands too well. but this one is a lot better.

I love this machine so far. Very thankful to get it as they are extremely hard to come by. If anyone is wandering about headphones. The Sony PS4 gold wireless headphones work fine with the system and you can turn on 3D audio in the settings.

Had to wait in line over night to get it but it was worth it as I do enjoy this system. All of my games from the PS4 work great on it and I am now able to enjoy the games being released for it, like Demon's Souls.

I purchased the PS5 as a gift for my son for his birthday. He absolutely loves it! My only complaint is how these are released and end up in the hands of resellers instead of the people who want them as a gift. There has to be a better way!

No complaints. How fast a game installs and especially updates is worth the price for a quality of life improvement. Games are instantly installed after download is complete. No waiting 30+ minutes for it to "copy" the files over.

My son likes this PS5. He watches television, Netflix and YouTube. He can also talk to people live. He enjoys these features. Great looking console as well. Thank you Best Buy for delivering it on time. Venetta Williams

GOAT console. The availability, or lack thereof, is the worst part about it. It’s a step up in game play in every facet imaginable. Ray tracing adds more life and the total experience is tailored to immerse you into the games you are playing.

This console is nothing short of amazing. The clarity, processing and gameplay are definitely an improvement from previous generation.

Order was fine. The order arrived to the BestBuy store a day before the pick-up date, which was awesome. The box was intact, clean and unopened. The item inside the box was in excellent condition (new). Overall Excellent

Hot item... Worth every penny. My 18yr. Old grandson was fortunate enough to get one. He says the graphics are sharp unlike any other. He purchased a digital and never has to worry about discs and you just downloaded your game. No going back.

Totally worth it. I've been trying since November to get one and would occasionally just give up. Finally got one through Best Buy and it's worth it for sure. This is really next gen gaming at around the same cost as a upper tier GPU.

Worth the wait, had an external HDD with all my PS4 games on it and loaded it all up. Tons of updates for those games if you didn't do it on your PS4 before. All the games play faster to load and Spiderman MM is the best for this launch date.

The PlayStation 5 is amazing. Games like Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Ghost of Tsushima: DC run smooth, beautiful, and are absolutely epic. The only gripe is the limit actual PS5 games available. You can play PS4 games on the system but PS5 games currently are about 40-50 total….. half being ports of PS4 title. Many of those, as well, are sports title I don’t care much for anymore. No issues as far as the console not even in rest mode. Just the limited PS5 game that take advantage of the hardware and tech.

Enjoying my PS5 since launch and it’s an experience to be hold, especially coming from the PS4. All my games library(PS4) runs great and mostly it runs better. Just wish it has an better cloud saves. Also I have the Xbox series X and that’s does an better job with playing older titles and you don’t have to worry about your games saves by doing transfer and sometimes it don’t work on the PS5. Xbox is more Seamlessly. Overall still love the PS5. I’m sure there will be more hardware updates and can be improved.
