What can I say about the PS5 that hasn't already been said? It's a great console and I'm very glad I was able to get one at launch. Like my previous PlayStation consoles, it'll provide years of entertainment.

This is a fantastic piece of electronic gaming hardware that remains hard to get, but best buy came through! Got the disk for myself and this for a friend, he was overjoyed.

I use my ps5 daily for gaming and streaming, I haven’t had any issues or anything, everything works fine, even after running the system for hours it doesn’t over heat and no loud fan noises to keep it running cool.

The console is just amazing. Completely different and smooth. The controller was absolutely horrible though, I think when I purchase it came with some sort of malfunction as the X button does not work properly

What can I say I love playstation! Only 2 issues I've had is it randomly turning on but after a few setting changes it seems to have stopped. Also spotify doesn't my to work smoothly at all.

Best Buy is the clear winner in next gen console sales. I was able to get one online. By releasing inventory every few minutes, they stop the bots from grabbing them all. Great product and console.

Best installation that PlayStation has offered. The meaning of nexgen has all new meaning with what PlayStation has done with this system. System is bigger but bigger has proven to be better in this case. Must buy.

I was luck enough to get one for my son for Christmas 2020. He plays the PS5 regularly and has never had any issues. If you can find one buy it. Great HD graphics and sound is amazing.

I've had my console for over a year and it gets quite a bit of use between me and the kids and I really like it and I think anyone that is lucky enough to snag one will like it too

Unit itself is great. What can I add that others haven't. Dislike greatly the Totaltech exclusive offers but was able to get one of these during their general population availability.

Im not much of a gamer, just a lady who like to keep my family happy. Well, the fam loves this system and wouldn’t give it up for the world. I just wish they would make more.

Beautiful games , super fast loading , In the full arsenal of new features that make you ask yourself why did Sony take so long to put all these new features into a console. If you’re a gamer this is a must have.

I know some people have had a hard time getting it and I was a lucky person. I recommend getting this when you can. It nature's gaming on a console so enjoyable. It loads games so quick, the new controller is fun.

The PS5 controller is one of the most revolutionary technologies ever been applied to gaming. The free pre-installed game "Astro Bot's Playroom" is absolutley amazing and made me feel like a child again.

Love the mute button on the controller. The adaptive triggers are a trip. Feels like I'm swinging through New York City. Fan is kinda loud only when I play disc games. Otherwise, great console. Colossal af!

Amazing. As always had a great experience with Best Buy. One of the only company’s to fight against the bots(scalpers) son and I both got one from Best Buy. After months of disappointment from other company’s!

The console itself is good, but there's not many games for it yet. The availability for these is awful!

I enjoy this system. I bought it twice on third party website for higher price but wound up selling it because I could never justify paying extra. Shoutout to Best Buy for restocking.

This system is amazing! It’s still running smooth, the only issue is space. So save up for that internal memory card expansion!
